Out of state, making a reasonable offer on one of their nice used cars $1,500 off (a $55,000 vehicle). Unsatisfied with the communication and “tact” of their sales process. They’re not “no haggle pricing” but not willing to budge $1 on a particular vehicle (it’s been on their lot for 3 months) for what feels like out of spite possibly because I’m out of state.Maybe it’s just how the auto industry is nowadays - but It’s strange to me the way they do business, but to each their own. They will eventually drop it to $55,000, but I won’t pay that once they drop it to that in 3 weeks.Hope everyone has a better experience than I had :)

I purchased my Ram big horn in November of 2019 brand new. After a month or so I noticed what seemed like a noise coming from the suspension and I took it to be diagnosed two separate times and was unsuccessful both times so I decided to drive all the way back out to elk grove lashers dodge and the service managers gabriel and josh and there team was able to diagnose it, the service manager also communicated with me to keep me informed about ordering the parts and I got it back today and have drove it on 3 separate test drives and I could not be more satisfied with everything they've done for me.

In a day and age where the federal, state, county, and city governments have requested that we limit our personal interaction for your and my health and safety, the “Internet Sales Manager” (Daniel) at Elk Grove Dodge seems disinclined to sell things over the Internet. The “Internet Sales Manager” proved uncommunicative, unresponsive, and unwilling to answer questions over the Internet and displayed a lack of respect bordering on contempt to their prospective customer. This negative interaction has cemented my unwillingness to do business with Elk Grove Dodge and Lasher Auto Group as a whole.

Well.... just put it like this, if you don't want to be low-ball, don't go to this place. They are a professional low-ball. They will rip you off if you don't know what you doing. And if you the person know their low-balling you n don't agree with their deal they will start to be rude with you. This is a bad dealership I ever went to. This dealership is a big scammer.

Lashers CDJR always delivers with the right price and awesome inventory. Elijah "Coach" Hall is the man and the only salesman I deal with, bottom line!

High pressure and dishonest. They tried selling me a bed liner on a truck that came equipped with a bed liner from the factory. When I refused maintenance insurance I was told they had an additional $750 factory incentives to purchase such items. They actually tried using a $750 factory incentive that I already had qualified for without purchasing any additional dealer installed or offered items. They then stuck me with a $400 worthless theft transfer warranty, when I said I was not interested they claimed all of their cars are equipped with this and it’s a requirement to accept the sale of their vehicles. Found out after the sale that all this could have been avoided by signing a waiver to not accept the transfer. Live and learn. Third vehicle (AcuraMDX and VW) purchased from Wes Lasher. Third and last from Lasher

I didn't get a good deal. The detailing had to be re-done- had to point out what to do, when I went to pick it up. Wham-bam- thank you mam. Then they didn't cancel my extended coverage when I sent the form in... had to re-cancel after waiting 2 months to find out.

Do NOT give them your phone number. They included my phone number in a group text, violating my privacy by giving my number out to several strangers. They lost my business.

Took my 2004 Dodge Ram in the have the ABS and airbag light checked. It would come on and off. They kept my truck for 2 weeks. I received 1 phone call in that time. brought it home after they said it was repaired . instrument cluster module needed to be rebuilt. Chrysler no longer supports this vehicle. The next morning the lights flashed and beeped off and on again. Spoke with the Service Manager Mick D'angelo. Said to bring it back. I was finally given a rental vehicle this time. I received a phone call the next day by a service writer. Did not hear from him again. I waited to see. After 2 weeks i called. Then was told they needed the rental vehicle back, because they could no longer justify the rental since they had to send out module to an outside source. The service manager said i would better off donating my vehicle to a charity. Needless to say I picked up my truck and will never do any business with them. I l.ove my truck. It is a great reliable vehicle. My wife had even contacted the General manager Masaad with 2 voicemails. Missed call and called back said he would call right back. That was 1 day ago. Worst Customer service ever. I had to put 1star because it wouldn't let me post without one!!!!

I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue without any bells and whistles that cost me over $19,000. I found it on carguru's website at $13,990. That's a $6,000 difference. I feel cheated. I trusted them. Not buying from them ever again!
