Last 4 visits, left empty handed. No one is willing to help despite all of the employees walking around. Its like a game of keep away. No one in the design dept, no one in appliances, everyone is in training and won't put in any effort to help you find items, and if you should be so lucky to get direction...its the wrong isle. Last visit here.

They delivered the wrong fridge on 10/22. The delivery guy took it back. I called Lowes, but nobody picked up the call. I had to go to Lowe, to the appliance department, where a woman named AMANDA, a manager, kept saying it was the right fridge, but I refused the delivery. I corrected her that the delivery guy had taken it back, not that I refused. Then she COVERED her ears, showing she did not want to hear my explanation. I could not believe what I saw. REALLY? When I requested to talk with a higher-level manager, she said she was the one. I was so upset and demanded a refund. I cannot believe that her attitude as a manager - rude, arrogant, do not care attitude, and no skills in solving problems and customer service. I went to the front and expressed my frustration with another supervisor, but it seems he does not care or apologize either. I am disabled and had to walk with a cane, but I had to make an unnecessary trip to Lowe's on a rainy day to receive disgusting treatment from a manager. SO DISAPPOINTED.Additionally, my food got spoiled but who cares, right?Shop somewhere else where you are treated better and the employees are trained to appreciate customers. They must understand that they got paid of customers' money.Never shop at the store again.

Reading the reviews, this Lowes clearly has an issue in their lumber department. Sign at the wood cutting station clearly says they cut shelving board, but the lazy lumber employee claims they only cut 2 × 4s. Let me know with attitude too. Other departments are ok, but lumber over here sucks.

Service: Almost ZERO! Lowes misstated (maybe lied). abou necessary sq.ft. required for our carpt installation after measurements.! We were told 127 sq.ft.! Actual required 223+ Sq,Feet. (web verified this) Additionally, they ordered WRONG carpet 2X! Then tried to increase price by several $$$$! Writing to corporate OR trying to callan area manager (Manny) was fruitless. I WAS a long term customer. NO MORE!

Does anyone read reviews about Hardware Stores? I certainly don't, nor would I expect anyone to read this one. Yet I am so frustrated by the "customer service" I experienced during my most recent visit to this location, I felt it only right to share my experience. (I do also believe writing this will be cathartic.) Anyone who has ever had to buy lumber must know the quality they supply is generally terrible. (Google: Lowe's Lumber Memes.)Well, imagine my frustration as my husband and I are searching for just ONE decent-quality cut and finding nothing but split pieces. I was ready to just give up, but my husband requested an employee bring down another pallet. He was told that was not going to happen in a rude and condesending tone; the employee went on for a while. Having heard enough of his belittling voice, I interjected, "Ok, that's fine, but we don't need your attitude." He decided to promptly turn around and walk off. If someone is too lazy to do their job, fine. However, don't mouth off. If someone can't bite their tongue or refrain from speaking in an unpleasant manner, it would be best for all if they locate a job requiring no social interaction. To quote Kuill (from The Mandalorian): "I have spoken." Thank you to those who endured reading this review about my experience with an employee at my local Lowes.

I purchased flooring and installation for a bedroom. It's been a month. You need to follow up. They are short staffed today an awesome gentleman named Zack Fry helped and now I'm happy.

I went to this lowes location to by Home Defense and a washer/dryer combo. I waited in the appliance section for 20+ minutes for an associate. I rang the assistance bell several times with no luck. Several associates walked by just looking. I am seeing this level of service at many Lowes locations. I spoke to the manager on the way out. At least he was presented to me as the manager! I couldn't tell from his outfit nor his name tag. Also, it seemed he didn't really care about my experience. I'm buying the washer/dryer from Menards or maybe Home Depot. Good luck to all you DIY-ers!!No way will I step foot in this location!!!

Been going here since 2001. Now, they have an early bird at the indoor lumber yard playing as a parking enforcer. -3 stars for not letting customers load a few concrete mixes at the front while parking space is near emty. Who wants to load concrete mixes into a cart, push it to the truck, load it, and put away the cart? Anyway, I moved my truck and loaded 3 concrete bags into the cart after showing my receipt. Had 7 more to go and the employee just stands watch without offering to help. I strongly believe the employee is just trying to give me a bad morning. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since he's an employee. Lowes usually have employees in the front to help customers load materials whenever someone is available. Well, there is one in front of me just staring while I'm loading. I decided to stop at 3 because it gets pretty heavy to push to the truck since I'm lightweight. As I was in the process of picking up the first bag, I saw the employee turning away with a smirk while another truck pulled up next to the concrete bags. After loading the 3rd bag I got into my truck, waited for the customer to finish loading his concrete bags (the lowes employee didn't tell him to move), and decided to pull next to the concrete bags when the customer leaves. I immediately loaded the rest of the concrete bags, which took no more than 30 seconds! Left and got my day going. Of course, the employee got frustrated as I left. Should I be upset at management or the employee? Eh, I'll just leave a review on Yelp.Lowes manager needs to train their employees to improve customer relationship (maybe they did?). After this experience, it definitely open the door for me to look elsewhere for concrete and other materials.

Worst lowes near sacramento. We waited 20 minutes to check out. The guy overcharged us an extra item at garden. Lucky I double checked the receipt but he will not do anything, not even apologize and just send us to customer service. We have to wait in line again and conplaint. The lady in customer service acted the same as "I dont know what happen over there, we are under staff and the manager is busy" thats it.

I had to look at the new Christmas decorations. They started putting them out the other day and it's only the beginning of October. I do a huge display for Xmas and I buy a lot of it from Lowes. Lowes has more decorations than other stores. Sears closed down and Home Depot selection doesn't match Lowes. They always have the best and newest Christmas decorations. That is why I have to come early and buy at retail instead of sales since all the new stuff will be gone by the time it goes on sale. They will probably have it all up by next week at the latest.

9/17/2022Purchased blinds from our Reno store and brought them down to have them trimmed to the size of the front window..I was really happy, they have a help button you can use to get help in the blinds section..We called ahead to make sure the hours that someone would be working in that department.Employee was super! Very helpful!Now to install !

I like walking around places like Lowe's. Love to see the great plants, get inspiration for what I want to do in the yard, and just enjoy the colors in the flowers.

I asked a employee to help me cut some lumber said he didn't work in that area but would have someone paged to help me never heard the page. l waited 5 minutes heard no page walked around couldn't find anyg help had to call by ph to get help
