I will never buy any kind of appliance and purchase anything from Lowe's their extended warranty that they don't inform you what the warranty covers. I purchased a top loading washer & dryer from them, the company brand name is (Madea), I purchased it 2 years ago, no problem, recently I was lifting the lid on the washer, taking clothes out, close the lid and a bracket broke off, called Lowe's and the manufacturer company, to explain what happened and put in a service order to get the part fixed, the manufacturer and Lowe's indicated to me, it wasn't covered and it was the consumer fault that it broke, and the extended warranty only covers the motor on the washer! I will never buy another appliance from Lowe's and I am stuck with a broken lid on my washer that I did not break!

Went to Lowe's last night around 930. Needed assistance cutting some 2x4's so they would fit my car. Patrick was the associate. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you, Patrick!

Couldn't find anyone to help me, was in the plumbing department for a good 15 minutes then called local number phone rings and rings, total time on call 8+ mins. disappointed. I can go to Home Depot and get this kind of service. That's where I will be heading to purchase a toilet and vanity.

Last 4 visits, left empty handed. No one is willing to help despite all of the employees walking around. Its like a game of keep away. No one in the design dept, no one in appliances, everyone is in training and won't put in any effort to help you find items, and if you should be so lucky to get direction...its the wrong isle. Last visit here.

They delivered the wrong fridge on 10/22. The delivery guy took it back. I called Lowes, but nobody picked up the call. I had to go to Lowe, to the appliance department, where a woman named AMANDA, a manager, kept saying it was the right fridge, but I refused the delivery. I corrected her that the delivery guy had taken it back, not that I refused. Then she COVERED her ears, showing she did not want to hear my explanation. I could not believe what I saw. REALLY? When I requested to talk with a higher-level manager, she said she was the one. I was so upset and demanded a refund. I cannot believe that her attitude as a manager - rude, arrogant, do not care attitude, and no skills in solving problems and customer service. I went to the front and expressed my frustration with another supervisor, but it seems he does not care or apologize either. I am disabled and had to walk with a cane, but I had to make an unnecessary trip to Lowe's on a rainy day to receive disgusting treatment from a manager. SO DISAPPOINTED. Additionally, my food got spoiled but who cares, right? Shop somewhere else where you are treated better and the employees are trained to appreciate customers. They must understand that they got paid of customers' money. Never shop at the store again.

This place is low stars for a reason. A customer threatened a beat down on another customer and 3 staff stood there like a bunch of mute people. I tried to return a gallon of store brand paint with my receipt and the manager tells me he knows where I'm going with this and shows a weak, careless attitude because I'm past the 30 day return policy. I can respect policy but not a manager with poor communication skills who shows his irritability for a return. His time of the month? Leave that junk at home. Lost a lifetime customer.

Reading the reviews, this Lowes clearly has an issue in their lumber department. Sign at the wood cutting station clearly says they cut shelving board, but the lazy lumber employee claims they only cut 2 × 4s. Let me know with attitude too. Other departments are ok, but lumber over here sucks.

Service: Almost ZERO! Lowes misstated (maybe lied). abou necessary sq.ft. required for our carpt installation after measurements.! We were told 127 sq.ft.! Actual required 223+ Sq,Feet. (web verified this) Additionally, they ordered WRONG carpet 2X! Then tried to increase price by several $$$$! Writing to corporate OR trying to callan area manager (Manny) was fruitless. I WAS a long term customer. NO MORE!

This Lowe's is a joke. They don't know what they are doing. I went to return 2 items loss the receipts and just asking for a store credit to get other stuff. I ask for the cashier for upper management but call an lead cashier and assistant manager was there. When the lead cashier come and just say we can't return I ask for manager information and someone upper the him. Why did a lead cashier come when the customer ask for manager??? So when the lead manager call the assistant he couldn't talk in front of the customer had to go take to them other the other side to make the customer think someone else. When u calling an manager for a customer then why u have to find stuff. Honestly they keep old policy turn and telling me to read the policy then y they have the old policy still there. I know they are playing games bc why did he go to the side and call the manager with his cellphone and can't talk to the manager in front of the customer. This mean they are playing games and it's all plan out. They needed 0 star wish they could have 0 star. It's better to shop at Home Depot then Lowe's

Does anyone read reviews about Hardware Stores? I certainly don't, nor would I expect anyone to read this one. Yet I am so frustrated by the "customer service" I experienced during my most recent visit to this location, I felt it only right to share my experience. (I do also believe writing this will be cathartic.) Anyone who has ever had to buy lumber must know the quality they supply is generally terrible. (Google: Lowe's Lumber Memes.) Well, imagine my frustration as my husband and I are searching for just ONE decent-quality cut and finding nothing but split pieces. I was ready to just give up, but my husband requested an employee bring down another pallet. He was told that was not going to happen in a rude and condesending tone; the employee went on for a while. Having heard enough of his belittling voice, I interjected, "Ok, that's fine, but we don't need your attitude." He decided to promptly turn around and walk off. If someone is too lazy to do their job, fine. However, don't mouth off. If someone can't bite their tongue or refrain from speaking in an unpleasant manner, it would be best for all if they locate a job requiring no social interaction. To quote Kuill (from The Mandalorian): "I have spoken." Thank you to those who endured reading this review about my experience with an employee at my local Lowes.

Waited 20 minutes for window door person. Had 3 associates and manager paging who turned out to be Peggy Sue something. Her response after I said I'd been waiting for awhile was "Your not the only customer in the store." Manager was about as apathetic as can be. Lowes in Jackson never again.

Bad costumer service! He helped me loads the water heater on dolly and pushed to the register he told me to wait for him check out the price matching online.... I've been waiting for more than half hour.. and more than 1 hour I talk to the manager but he couldn't find him.... The manager couldn't do what he said... Then I went to Home Depot bought one water heater with ạ much better service......

I went to this lowes location to by Home Defense and a washer/dryer combo. I waited in the appliance section for 20+ minutes for an associate. I rang the assistance bell several times with no luck. Several associates walked by just looking. I am seeing this level of service at many Lowes locations. I spoke to the manager on the way out. At least he was presented to me as the manager! I couldn't tell from his outfit nor his name tag. Also, it seemed he didn't really care about my experience. I'm buying the washer/dryer from Menards or maybe Home Depot. Good luck to all you DIY-ers!! No way will I step foot in this location!!!

I am an 83 year old female and will never shop at Lowe's again unless someone is with me. I got a cart and I had a list of items that I wanted to buy. I found a worker and asked what aisles these item could be found on. She told me each aisle. I asked her if they had personal shoppers for the elderly and disabled and she laughed and said no. It still took me a long time to find the items in the aisle. I got very out of breath and went to check out and found everything is self check out. No way could I take everything out to scan it then put it back in the cart then unload in my car. I walked all the way to the garden area where I was told I would find a live cashier. He checked me out and I asked if he could have someone unload the items into my car and he called but no one ever came. A male and female that were unloading flowers for a vendor saw my distress and immediately assisted me. Bless them. The staff on the floor never seem to make eye contact. I wonder why.
