Loyal automotive ... all I got to say is ... amazing service ! The guys in the shop were super friendly, professional & informative . Being a female & walking into a mechanic shop, they ALWAYS try to get more money out of me... but with Loyal.... Nahhh ... they did what I asked of them . They let me know exactly what they were going to do, any questions I had they answered, both guys in the shop made everything easy to understand. Although they did find a couple minor things while servicing my car, Edgar reached out to me & asked if it was okay to replace a couple things, obviously gave him the okay to do it. But the fact they reached out & asked before doing the work on my car, was highly appreciated ! Will I be back to the shop? Most Definitely !! Highly recommended !

Edgar was great. He communicated on what was wrong quickly. He fixed my car same day. He didn't try to sell more than what was necessary. But he did tell me about what might come in the future for repairs. He's good.

Loyal Automotive is the real deal. They are down to earth honest mechanics. I called in for a AC compressor replacement on a Infinity QX60, I got a great quota and a military discount on top of it which as a retired veteran I appreciated. Glad to say I finally found a mechanic I can trust! :) These guys are very friendly and provide great customer service. They're very polite and professional and willing to answer any questions you may have. I don't know much about cars, so sometimes it's hard to explain things. But they listen very well and provide answers to the best of their knowledge. They're also very quick to get you in and out of their shop. They fix everything, and they do it right the first time! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a mechanic in the area!

Recently had my brakes done as well as oil change here. Very quick service! Brakes were no longer squeaking and it felt like a whole new car. Driving is so much more fun and responsive now! Also, I felt very welcomed and didn’t feel pressured like I usually do at most automotive shops. Highly recommended! I took my vehicle over to Loyal Automotive and was in a time crunch to get my vehicle inspected and ready for the race track. Edgar introduced himself and Ralph to me as the owners. They gave me a quick tour of their mechanic shop and I met “uncle George” on the auto body side. Never have I seen such an organized and clean shop! They were confident in offering me a race ready inspection and got all the parts I needed, within 48 hours my vehicle was ready to go! I even came back a week later for a post race inspection and will be having follow up work done real soon! You guys have a customer for life! I have referred several customers to the mechanical and body side and they have all been treated with kindness honesty and respect! Took in my 99 Silverado in with no idea why my engine was acting funny.i dropped it off and I was called that same day when I was expecting a few day for it to be done and they told me it was done and they explained to me what was wrong and what they did and when I showed up they showed me the old parts. I recommend loyal automotive I felt like I was a priority to them. I'll be back guys and I'll tell my friends and family about them.
