If you want even minimal customer service, do not rent a suit from here. You’ll be paying $200 to rent a poorly fitting suit and then management blame you saying it’s your fault.

First and last time here. Sure the cashiers weren’t super rude but they try to skip our turn twice. Plus we waited for almost 10 minutes by the counter and no one came to check us out. It must be the way I’m dressed. I must look like I can’t afford anything in your store. Skip me the first time sure but the second time. Really? Both cashiers knew we were in line first. Thanks to the customer behind us letting them know we’ve been patiently waiting. Sorry I’m not spending hundreds of dollars but I’m sure the cashiers don’t have that kind of money to splurge either since they work there. So why don’t you treat every customer the same?

Service was fine up until 4 days before my wedding. They ordered all my groomsman sizes wrong and colors they were supposed to wear. Which I was unaware of until it was time to pick up the suites. They said they were going to be able to fix the colors and I should be able to pick it up within 2 days. My fiance goes to pick up the colors they guaranteed, and then was told they were unable to do it. On top of that, one of the groomsman went to try on a suite that he was practically swimming in because they measured wrong, and the worker told him "it's just a rental" . That is so unprofessional. People are paying $200+ for rentals. Also, it is very unprofessional to guarantee a fix, then be told they cant do it. I will not be doing business with them again. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have no choice because my wedding is in 2 days.

Jayson had perfect advice for what to wear for a couple of days in New York. All I knew was business attire, with a tie. Now I know what to wear with a sport coat and how to wear it. Jayson knows materials as well as fit. It was a pleasant experience for both my wife and myself, and we were able to take advantage of some ongoing sales as well.

Have had a few suits made here and they are very nice and about half the price of nordstrom's. Hav never purchased off the rack so I cant speak to that, but tailoring on there house made suits is very good and material choices are very good too.

I am absolutely giving these guys 5 stars because they were awesome to work with. Super helpful, full of suggestions, fun to work with, and everything came in on time and as ordered. My husband had to go in later to find a shirt and came home telling me the same thing about their service. Jason and Tyler are fantastic, we dealt with Mike later, same thing. Just great service.

Went in today to buy suit for my husband for sons funeral. Evidently the Sale ended yesterday. Two young men were very professional and helpful. The Manager was not and has no empathy or customer relations skills. On our way to Macys to make our purchase

Horrible Service in the Store. I came in to find a suit with my dad today. Jason tried to help us out but he was just rude and condescending the whole time. He said several things to me and my dad, but the most offensive comments were that "we didn't belong in this store" "this is the wrong store for you" "you're only looking at the price" "have you ever bought a suit before" he made comments that we smelled to another employee. It was horrible all over!! I actually found the suit that we wanted to buy, but I did not because Jason made me feel horrible as a human being so we all walked out. I'm sure I haven't been the only customer that Jason has made feel this way. This was in the Elk Grove store off of Laguna on 6/9/19 at noon.

Excellent customer service! I was greeted and helped right away. They helped me stay in budget (slightly over $200), and look amazing for an upcoming interview. Only place I'll buy a suit from in the future.
