My boyfriend and I are young professionals and I finally talked him into buying a suit for professional work events we have to attend on occasion. We both were pretty clueless walking in but the store associate that helped was amazing. There were a ton of people that came in after us and this man was doing a fantastic job bouncing around and helping everyone. You could tell he had truly mastered multitasking, while still making everyone's needs feel met. We left there extremely pleased with the experience and I know my boyfriend felt like a million bucks trying on a well-fitted suit. Highly recommend this Men’s Wearhouse and I’m sure we’ll be back!

On June 3rd, 2022, my wife was in need of a fancy fitted dress shirt to attend a wedding for her cousin. She dresses a little more on the masc - androgynous side, so what better place to check out than MW. We were happily surprised to be assisted by "Shugufa M" or Shiny as she wrote down on the receipt. She was very sweet and asked the appropriate sizing questions, as well as, style preferences from my wife. Took her measurements and off she went to the dressing room. We found a wonderful purple/blue dress shirt that fit her well and matched my dress wonderfully. We did opt to have the sizing alterations done within the business, but NEXT TIME, I would choose to have any clothing purchased altered somewhere else. Prices were fair. Service was excellent. We would shop here again.

For it being a Men's Warehouse for suits, they DO NOT cater to BIG MEN. I rented a suit for a banquet and ended up canceling it the day I went to pick it up because it looked horrible on. I know I'm a BIG guy but for it being a warehouse they didn't cater at all to guys my size.. and on top of that I paid cash the day I went in to order it and the day I canceled it they couldn't refund me in cash because it was over $50 and had to issue a check that I'll receive 2 weeks later. Nothing in that store is under $50 so I don't know why that's a policy. It's so stupid.

I never thought I would say to save your money and go to Macy's, but that is exactly what you should do. I went in for 1 suit for an important interview and came out with a suit, 2 shirts, 2 pair of socks and overpriced alterations that were probably not necessary. I was advised that if I spent $500 and signed up for their email program I would receive an email with a $50 "voucher" or coupon for my next suit along with multiple $25 off purchases of $125 or greater discounts. These discounts were tallied on bar codes on my receipt (6 in total) that were supposed to be used on my next purchase. What I was not told was that alterations, and sales tax do not count towards your total and that the $50 voucher is only sent out once a month from the corporate office NOT in a day or two after my purchase like I was told. Being that the bar code discounts expire long before the voucher is sent out, there is no possible way to utilize them together like I was initially told. Almost worse than that is they advertise a "free steam" for your newly purchased items but go figure, BOTH my pants and jacket HAVE STAINS on them after the so-called free steam and my new shirts are wrinkled like they've never seen a steamer at any point in time.I called the store to speak with the individual who sold me the suit to set up a time to come down and purchase my second suit using said discounts/vouchers/promos and that is when the manager of the store gave me the real story (stated above). Needless to say, I was given this information with essentially no solution or leniency in my favor. Since I had been given incorrect information and had made additional purchases that I thought were benefitting me I figured some compromises would be made. They were not. My total before taxes and alterations, $488. A whopping $12 short of what I needed but still nothing was done in my favor. Even posting this review is disappointing and I hope additional training is provided to make sure miscommunications such as this do not happen regularly.

Literally the saddest excuse for customer service I have experienced in a very long time. What is the point of making an appointment that was accepted by the store,if literally no one is available to actually take the appointment that was confirmed?? Short haired girl had a disgusting attitude when we politely expressed our frustration over having the person who started assisting us leave us sitting endlessly to go help other walk in customers. Again does anyone here understand the concept of an appointment?! It's blatantly clear that the concept of customer service in completely lost here. This review is to let other potential customers know in advance that you will waste your time and be talked to rudely by a short haired girl that seems rather miserable in her job and opts to deflect that on to customers. The canned insincere replies by "the business" to the numerous others who've expressed similar sentiments are laughable as there has clearly been no efforts made by the business to improve the customer experience.

The place to go if you need a measured, fitted - perfect suit. Jordan was phenomenal and was very helpful, and made our shopping an awesome experience

The Elk Grove Men's Warehouse recently had a change of staff. Since that change I feel neglected when I go in there. A few days ago I ordered two pair of pants. When the pants came in, I walked in the store to have them hemmed. When I walked in, it took a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. A young lady who was stocking shelves finally approacjhed me. She got the pants I ordered and handed them to me. She pointed me to a dressing room and said the tailor would measure the pants when I came out. I put the first pair of pants on and came out of the dressing room. No one was there! The young lady who sent me in the dressing room went back to stocking the shelves and would not acknowledge me. I found male employee who agreed to help me once I explained what happened. He never apologized for the lack of customer service and he did not seem confident in what he was doing. The tailor never came out and this male employee agreed to measure my pants for the hem. I told this young man that Mens Warehouse almost always hems my pants too short and I have to bring them back. I told him to measure for a full break in the pants leg. He agreed and measured both pair of pants. When I picked the pants up, both pair were about 1/2" short. The short hem isn't the big issue here. I just feel like the employees are not really interested in doing their jobs and are not interested in helping their customers and they come across as a little incompetent. I work in an industry where I wear suits every day and I'm hard on those suits. I spend $2000-$3000 a year in the Elk Grove Men's warehouse. I just expect a little better treatment.

I went to 3 different Men's Wearhouse and still didn't find anything I was looking for, and it's so hard to find someone to help you. Everything in the store is hella overpriced for no reason. Not somewhere I would shop again. I paid 45 dollars for 1 tie, and it wasn't even a great tie for something to rave about.

Went to get fitted for a suit. The lady upfront tells me to scan a Qr code to wait in line. I scan the code and i'm in position 1 in the queue. I wait 10 minutes in the store, but as there is no seating in the store for waiting, i go to my car to wait. I sit waiting for an hour and a half in my car constantly checking my texts and the website it linked me to waiting for a change or any response and I get nothing. Eventually I go inside and the lady sees me. She says "Sorry, I thought you left so I took you off the list.". There was no indication I was off the waiting list from the website, which said I was still in the queue, and no text from the number that texted me earlier either. So I just wasted an hour and a half waiting for nothing. Once I got in the fitting process went smooth and was perfect. Something has got to be changed with the assumptions of the worker and the lack of notifications through the website and texting service so in the future people won't have to wait for no reason.

Went in for suit and shirt. Service was fine. Went in to dressing room to try on. The dirty floors. Sharp pins all over the floor and then I went out and noticed the whole floor and how dirty the facility is. The manager took the feedback very well. I hope they fix. I stood barefoot for a second before realizing.
