I would recommend the "Park and Sell" option of selling your RV as opposed to Consignment. Example: called at least 10 consignment RV dealers, many never called back and were uninterested. The ones that were interested offered low ball numbers with the highest being $80K, which means they get anything over that amount once they sell it. The RV was under 2 years old with only 5,500 miles on it, and blue booked between $104-$124k. I thought of selling it myself but knew it would be a hassle. Called Mr. Motorhome and spoke to Mitch. He was knowledgeable and explained the process to me. I park, he advertises, shows the vehicle, makes any minor repairs and completes all paperwork for 10% of the sell price. He recommended pricing at $99,999 and holding firm. Which means if he sells it for full price, I'll walk away with about $10k more than if I was to consign. He makes around $10,000 for his part. Sounded like a much better option, so I agreed and parked my RV on his lot in Elk Grove, CA. Easy quick paperwork. So, 3 weeks in we get the call that the RV was sold and in process for full asking price on Dec 2, 2022. As we went through the process, Mitch never kept us informed of the progress of the loan and I found out through the loan company that the loan was not approved. I texted Mitch to find out what was going, but no response. Had to have my wife call and Mitch told her that the buyer didn't like the terms of the loan and that the RV was back on the market (would have been nice to tell the seller don't you think?) Mitch called a few weeks later to say that the buyer wanted to pay some cash up front and that the deal was back on. I emphasized that I would only agree if the buyer paid the difference in cash up front. I then signed the agreement to sell through the buyer's loan company and my loan was paid off on December 27th, still no follow up from Mitch, I had to tell him that the RV was funded and what is the next step.On Dec 29th Mitch was going to have the RV Smog Checked and finish the paperwork. When we didn't hear back from him, we called on the 30th and found out that the RV's catalytic converter had been stolen and he wasn't sure when it happened. Said he would handle, but never called us back, we had to follow up with him, each time it was something else, the supply chain, blah, blah, blah each week. Never once did he let us know the progress from here on out, even though the RV was legally sold on Dec 27 and the insurance on the vehicle was through the new owner, we legally should have been paid in full and then he can handle the RV thing since he paid for the repair anyway. After waiting almost a month to find out when the RV transfer docs and repairs would be done, my wife called on January 20th and Mitch said the repair and documents were complete, "Not sure why he didn't let us know", since he still owed us over $10,000. We went on January 21st to complete the sell, clean our stuff out of the RV and get the cash the buyer owed us. When we showed up we looked for the RV so we could take a few items out, which we told Mitch when we dropped it off, but he said no problem you can get it once it sells. But to our surprise the RV was not there. We went into the office, asked Mitch where the RV was and he said the buyer picked it up. What the ****. We hadn't signed the transfer paperwork, or got the money owed to us, so the RV should have never left his lot. Then Mitch whips out his checkbook and starts to write a check, I said "I thought I told you that we wanted cash from the buyer, he said he didn't like having cash so he put it in the bank (so why did we ask for cash!!!??). Anyhow at that point Mitch could care less that we were upset that he released a $100,000 asset of mine, without full completion of the deal and to top it off, he then wrote a check and said his account was good. Totally unacceptable. To be honest, if Mitch would have followed up and not released the vehicle without the paperwork and money changing hands and be so non

The gentleman who helped me was not knowledgeable. He said he was new and instead of asking for the answers from his superiors, he just kept guessing. It is a pet peeve of mine when employees say, "I think...". I need to know for sure, lol, I am spending ???!I could have just walked around on my own and Googled things. ?They did have a decent supply of B+'s to look at though.? Cheers.

Selling my house, I came in and was waiting and walking around the lot for 30 minutes(wtf) , no one came out . So I had to look at the motor homes myself and look on there website for more info . To make a long story short, I'll spend my 100k to Johnny on the spot .

Mitch and others were all amazing to deal with! We sold our class A motorhome with them for top dollar and zero trouble. Mitch even caps out his consignment fees at a certain point, which is unheard of with dealers!! If you are looking to consign an RV, I highly recommend Mitch and Mr. Motorhome.

The owner is awesome and really friendly. He has extensive knowledge on everything you could ever want to know about RVs since he used to work on them. My husband and I talked with him for a long time and he's great. He gave us all kinds of info in general and told us all about the one we were looking at. He wasn't like a typical salesman. He was really cool and we definitely want to buy from him. The problem was that the owner of the RV was so firm on the asking price and we didn't want to pay that. We'll definitely keep looking at his inventory and hopefully be able to buy from him. Great experience!

After extensive shopping for a motorhome I decided to go with Mr Motorhome for my RV. There is one reason that my decision was so easy and that was Mitch. He is very knowledgable & made the entire experience enjoyable. Because I purchased from out of town, he even sent a video tour of my new RV. It is rare to get excellent customer service these days, but I certainly got it here. Thanks for a great experience Mitch!!

I'm in the market for a diesel motorhome and I reached out to Mr. motorhome about a couple of units they had on their lot. Mitch was extremely responsive and descriptive about the condition of the RVs in his inventory. Once I arrived and met him in person he was very low pressure and transparent. I haven't purchased yet as he didn't have a unit that fit my exact needs but I will absolutely keep an eye on his inventory as I would prefer to buy from us facility like this one.
