Is this the worst place I have ever been? No. But far from the best. I’m looking for a nail shop closer to home. Decided to get a color change for my gel polish as it had chipped. I warned her my nails were thin and asked for a soak off. She briefly soaked them and then proceeded to shred my nails and cuticles with her drill. Sliced my and then sprayed alcohol on me. She used a DIRTY nail bit on me. She painted the milky color sooooo patchy it looked terrible. I would never return.

I walked in for a gift certificate, didn’t get a greeting and then it took them almost 10 minutes to even ask me how they could help me.

Great service for gel mani and pedis. My polish always lasts and they take their time. Vibe is relaxing and up don't have to talk if you don't want to.

Good spot for dip powder nails. Ask for Mary. Very throughly pedi with Ky! Treat yourself and add a foot soak. Highly recommend

I have come here a total of 3 times. They are usually busy and have lots of regulars. They take appointments but then are never ready for you when you arrive. I have had a mani/pedi and eyebrow waxing. They are not welcoming but not rude just kinda tense. I loved my eyebrows so thats a 10 out of 10. Good price great job. The nail techs on the other hand, some have a heavy hand and rush and burn you with the file. On the pedi same thing, you need to be direct and stand your ground. Last week during my pedi I clearly saw them doing a lady with fungus on her toes and the nail lady put her tool box in her box without even disinfecting a thing. I was like thats so not hygienic!!! I will be looking for another spot since Im new to this area and those types of things are a deal breaker for me. So in all honesty 2 out of the 3 times were good. They have a vast variety of techniques and colors. Some nail techs are great others too rough. You decide-?? P.S. The lady with the heavy hands name starts with a K.

Cyndka is my girl!! She always does a great job! I always get dip on my hands and gel pedicure for my feet. The vibe is relaxing and they even offer you a pen to use for your phone since your finger tips are wrapped in foil.

I went here on a whim after getting a massage at a nearby establishment. I walked in but was placed promptly with a manicurist named Mimi. She was very friendly and accommodating and got right down to work. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done (a classic French tip). While a French tip is probably routine, I like my tips very square and slightly widened at then end. Most people don't get the shape right but Mimi took her time and nailed it (pun intended). Even though I was a walk in and she worked at perfecting the shape, I still feel like she got me in and out in no time. She listened to what I wanted, was nice, and even funny. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back.

I've frequented this nail salon and have always had a pleasant experience with both the quality of my nails and the customer service. They always offer water and clean/sanitize in front of you. The nail technicians are super friendly and they are not rushed. Parking is also readily available and walk in's have never been an issue for me.
