For some reason, we were not able to sign online due to technical issues on Nissan's side and we did not recieve the pin code to be able to sign electronically and have the car delivered. We had to come in 2 times but we got the vehicle we wanted. Aside from this minor issue, our experience was good.

The dealer Khan Ho is nice and patient to customer. He do the all best to answer our question and help us to get the good deal on the price of the car. Before I drove my new car out of the dealership, Khan showed me how to operate some of the car's systems and button. He also cleaned the car for me and took a picture of us together. He reply to me message quickly when I have any question after I buy the car. Overall, the car buying experience was very pleasant because I met a great salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He was also very patient and understanding, and he helped me find the perfect car for my needs. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

Carlos was very helpful, polite and he wasn’t pushy. The finance portion of the experience was painless and easy. This was a really positive buying experience. Hello my name is Damaris, I have been the biggest fan of Nissan cars and especially Nissan of Elk Grove I first bought my car back in 2019 a Nissan Sentra loved it then I went back after a year to upgrade it and I got a Nissan Altima, I always go to Edwin who was one of the best sellers their at Nissan of Elk Grove sadly he no longer works their :( but before he left Nissan I went back in September 2023 to purchase a used vehicle of course Edwin helped me I purchased a used vehicle Nissan maxima SV 2018 loved the car after 1 week the car was having issues I definitely took it to service they had it in service for a day and they told me the car was perfectly fine no issues I trusted their word, of course a few weeks later I saw the same issues the car was having I took it back to service I told them the issues the car was having once again they had it in service for 2 days for they can tell me they changed the battery to a new battery. Once again after 2 weeks the car start button didn't want to turn on like if the battery was dead and the car didn't turn on and I felt super frustrated/irritated because once again I took it back to service this weekend for they can tell me that their gonna look at the car and I spoke with one of the managers for he can tell me that their gonna fix the vehicle but I no longer feel comfortable/safe in the vehicle since I have my toddler and Im currently pregnant about to give birth next month in December. Since Edwin is no longer there I feel like I'm not getting the helped I should be getting.

We just bought a Nissan within the last couple weeks. I somehow managed to hit a curb and detach the gravel guard underneath the car.From my very first call to Nissan in Elk Grove, I received exceptional customer service. My experience from the initial call, to driving up, to the service desk, to the lobby, to checking out and even walking to my car was outstanding.Every interaction, I felt listened to, empathy and trusted the team to find a solution. Everyone had an inviting tone, body language willingness to help and it seemed very genuine. The staff takes time to notice who walks in, made great eye contact and didn't wait for me to initiate my concern! The lobby area and service desk area are very clean, one tiny piece of feedback replace the fountain drinks so they are carbonated lol. I would even say the level of transparency by being able to look out the large window at your car being repaired created peace of mind. This level of Service is hard to come by these days.Thank you Louie and Mark and team for being champions of providing superb service from start to finish!

Kenny Tsui was very professional. My 2015 Murano Platinum has 2 major repairs in the past 12 months and each time I had to deal with the same insurance adjuster. The first repair was very costly from a minor accident in which the insurance adjuster was extremely difficult and unfair. Kenny was very understanding by always letting me know his availability and eager to help. He did a good job explaining to me the details of the repairs and he made sure my insurance adjuster have the proper documentations needed to process my repair claims. Dealing with car repair shop and insurance adjuster is very stressful but with Kenny's dedication and kindness, it made all the difference and I ended up with pretty pleasant experience from both events. Thank you Kenny!

Michael F. at Nissan Elk Grove was absolutely fantastic. We were looking for a new car and were originally looking into a different car which ultimately didn’t work out. Michael listened to what we were looking for, and recommended the Nissan Ariya which ended up being perfect. Michael was very knowledgeable about the different models, and was able to tell us the difference between the Ariya and some of the other cars we had been looking into as well. He answered every question we had and was clearly very knowledgeable about everything. Michael really went above and beyond to make an exceptional car shopping experience.

Update**** I'd like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Marc, the dedicated service manager, for proactively reaching out to me upon learning about the issue at the site. Prior to even viewing my initial review, he took the initiative to set things right. Marc efficiently organized for a Nissan engineer to personally test drive my vehicle alongside me, diligently addressing all my concerns. Throughout this entire process, Marc has remained, and continues to stay, in close contact with me.I am pleased to share that this dealership has exceeded my expectations in their efforts to ensure my satisfaction. It appears that my initial experience may have been influenced by unfortunate circumstances. Hopefully, it will serve as a valuable training opportunity to further enhance service quality.Bringing your car here for warranty repairs might not yield the results you hope for. Despite their assurances, the outcome may leave something to be desired. They touted their superiority over the Nissan repair shop in Yuba City, but in reality, they play the same game.With 30 years of driving experience, I've never encountered a side mirror vibrating quite like it does on my new Pathfinder. In all my years and multiple cars, I've never heard of a moonroof that makes a "draining" sound, but they insist it's normal. They kept my vehicle for over a week only to inform me that everything is perfectly fine. If everything is indeed normal, shouldn't they have recognized these issues from my description? Shouldn't they have known about the vibration in the driver's side mirror and the moonroof noise when it gets wet?If you're considering a Nissan, I would advise against it altogether Something is going on with their quality. However, if you already own a Nissan vehicle, you might want to seek out a shop with a more skilled and attentive staff.

Kenny was super kind and helpful. Recommended what is best to get done at current mileage and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. Also kept it real on my cars shape in telling me it’s great for a 13 year old car and only thing needing to be addressed are the rear tires in the not to distant future.
