After seeing an advertisement for 2 Large Supreme 10 topping pizza's for $12.00 bucks each, my stomach starting growling with approval.I placed my order by phone and was advised that the large was only for certain states, California excluded, however for $2 bucks more I could get the offer .I drove to the Elk Grove store which is a 22 mile round trip and approached the counter. When it was all added up I was told the amount would be $72 dollars and change.My stomach ached as I added up the cost and time involved , suddenly my hunger vanished.Overall I passed on this offer and chose another store to support. I hope this helps customers communicate before they go through the changes I had to experience?

Worst pizza place ever ran by a bunch of kids I ordered a pizza waited 30 minutes said order will be done in 20 minutes just for them to text me they had to remake it so I'm post to sit another 20 mins so you kids can keep playing around no one has gloves on touching everything did see anyone wash there hands not one time

Actually worst pizza stop I've ever had. It was on the way and could be done in 15 mins (per online order) so I went for it. Went in and was seen by someone several times but took over 10 mins before someone else saw and acknowledged me. When I asked for plates I was told 'Pizza Hut Corporation doesn't give out plates'. She then asked if I would like cheese or peppers and when I said yes she said it would be $1.17 each.This was a spur of the moment stop/treat and I will certainly not be coming here again. The box wasn't even folded properly, so our food was cold by the time we got to it. I don't even think there was anywhere to sit and wait. The pizza was pizza and fine but everything else about the entire experience was completely lackluster and just uninviting.

This place deserves 0 stars. First time ordering from this location and they messed up big time on my order. I waited over 2 hours for my delivery for them to finally tell me that it was delivered to the wrong address. The guy, I know his name, that answered the phone intentionally disconnected the calls multiple times because he could not solve the problem. I was advised that I would need to call back 3 days later just to request for a refund. Not sure why the manager on site isn't able to do such a simple override. I've been ordering from Pizza Hut for the past 20 years, and this is the worst experience ever.

There pizza was great fast to order and the pizza was quick! Thank u pizza hut! I ordered a two topping pizza and a 2 liter of soda and it was made to order exactly as I had asked !

Unfortunately just a take out location.Appreciate the fact they partner with local schools to incentivize kids to read.Son liked the pizza - just wish it was actual dine in.

Soooo....... Stopped in today (ignoring the bad reviews), and ordered a family big box yadda ydda yadda..... I didn't check the order before leaving (assuming it was edible). Once I got home, I noticed that the pizzas were all overcooked and dry. There was a lack of cheese and sauce big time.... I honestly thought that it would be made in accordance to professional standards. I mean, at least make it as good as you would if you were making one for yourself or your family and friends.... I truly don't understand why a lot of Pizza Huts are falling short on quality control.....I threw most of it in the trash, wasting $37..... and I saved a small portion just to show what their idea of cheese sticks looks like.....

Ordered online and never received my pizzas! Was supposed to be delivered by 1pm, but at 1:50pm the status was still "out for delivery" so I called and when I finally got through they said it was being delivered by Door Dash and they had no way of contacting the driver. They said they would remake the order. Fine, except that order never arrived either! Tried calling but nobody answers the phone. Called the "Customer Satisfaction Hotline" to get a refund... said someone will get back to me in 1 to 3 business days.

I will not ever return to this pizza place. I ordered 3 large all meat pizzas and an all meat melt. We took a bit of the pizza and it was floppy like raw. The meat all tasted as if it was a littl off. The flavor was definitely not right. Not to mention a weird sweetness that was unexpected. Upon calling to explain our experience and I was told by Brandon that I would need to drive back to the location with the food because he has a tool that can inspect to see if they were cooked right. Sooo in other words if I drive there you can disagree and still not return our money. There we're probably 10 guys behind the counter when we picked out food up and not one of them could make good pizza. Worst experience ever and now 67$ is in the trash

I don't know what is wrong with this location. My orders are messed up almost every time. I ordered a pasta through DoorDash. This was supposed to come with breadsticks and it normally does. I called and asked them, and the employee said that breadsticks don't come with the pasta. I've ordered 3 more times after that and each time I got breadsticks and I didn't have to select an option for breadsticks either. So either he was knowingly lying or didn't know because there wasn't sufficient training. Then, I ordered a Melt, was missing ingredients. Called about it, employee said he'll replace it, said he'll make note of it. Call couple days later (as per his and managers suggestion), no note no nothing. Manager made me feel stupid as if I didn't know which location I ordered from. Every once in a while, someone cooks with a lot of love and the food is proof of that. That's become so rare.

I'd been using this Pizza Hut for years, but it's gone downhill. We ordered a couple of pizzas for the family, and decided to try their new Melts, ordering two different kinds. When we picked up the order in the store, they were about 10 minutes late -no big deal, being busy is a good sign for restaurants. When we got the food home, the Melts had about 1/3 of each completely missing, like that part had stuck to whatever they cook them on, and they didn't care and just dumped these ripped up and destroyed Melts right in the box. The pizzas were also poorly made -kind of hit or miss on whether an entire section had toppings or was just cheese. They need some training or quality control. There are plenty of pizza places in Elk Grove, I don't need to waste my time and money on a place that will serve busted up food with huge chunks missing.

First I called the pizza hut at elk grove at bruceville about an hour and a half ago and the person who answered was in mid yawn saying " thank you for calling pizza hut." so i'm telling him on my app there's a special that's two pastas for $15.99 . He said he can't do that, i should order it online maybe i'll get the discount. I asked what do u mean maybe he said i don't know so i did order online. put in the gift card number it was all good. I had a $25 gift card given to me last may. I got a call saying that the only money i paid was $1.30 ( something) and that i owe $23 . I explained to him no i used my card it took it ( my total was $23.90 and my card was $25. I asked him can you please check it out he's like well i need you to call the 800 number and we don't accept gift cards anymore . I said but the system took it . he's like "ok this is what i'm gonna do . I'll send my driver there he will be outside your house but he won't give you your food until the balance is paid. First of all i'm shocked this is how you guys talk to your customers. You don't know what goes on in our lives when we order to go. I had chemo therapy today and while i understand there was no way he'd know i did, why would someone talk to me that way? and when i called whoever answered my call my couldn't care less about my questions. My husband took my phone because i got mad that he suggested that he would send the delivery driver and let him stand there till i paid like i'm some piece of s*** . My husband stayed on the phone then it turns out the mess up was on your end not mine. if anything i'm owed money if we have to get technical . I will tell everybody i see at the hospital in my chemo chair never to order from you guys. We always talk about what restaurants we will order from and i will tell all of them how i was treated here . I have never left a yelp review before but i am doing one now coz i can't accept that you guys talk to people that buy your stuff like that. Made me feel like my card was probably old . check your stuff first before you call your customers you guys look real amateurs and hire someone who's not bored and doesn't know anything there.
