They are scammers, do not use. Showed up after 3 hours, telling me it was 15 minutes. Wanted double the money of what was quoted. Stay away!! They will do nothing but waste your time.

I recently had an accident and Prima Towing was the first to arrive on the scene. They were so professional and efficient in getting my car towed away safely. I'm so glad I chose them as they made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Highly recommend Prima Towing for any towing needs.

Never showed after 7 hours telling Good Sam roadside they were 2 hours away. Don't bother with this towing service. They lied continuously, never showed.

I was broken down on the side of the road with both of my kids it was seven in the morning I asked them how much would it be for them to bring me some gas they said $141 I said OK I asked them how long because I have my kids in the car and it's really hot outside the lady tells me 30 minutes so I wait the 30 minutes I called back she tells me it's only been 17 minutes since I called and then she tells me it's going to be 45 minutes to an hour and that The driver will call me when he's five minutes away. DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AN CALL SOMOME ELSE. Also 100 dollar cancel fee. Smh

They were able to estimate fairly accurately how long my wait would be and when the technician arrived he was careful, speedy, knowledgeable and very friendly.

Highly recommend you ask about the cancellation fee and the pricing. $100 for under 5 miles. I was charged $144. I mostly went with Prima since ownership lives in the neighborhood. Did not expect to be charged the max price. Driver was nice and friendly. Best to ask around. Deceptive pricing hurts.Service: Car towing

You might be thinking halfway through this review that I got my wires crossed. Stay with me - it's all related. I had this company tow my Jeep from the mechanic to my home and everything was great (with the exception that the driver didn't wear a mask in the middle of a pandemic, which I probably should be more angry about since clearly my health and safety are not a concern to this company, but I digress)...until today (the following day). I started receiving phone calls from a unrecognized number located in San Francisco. I get a lot of robo-calls, telemarketers, etc., and generally I ignore these calls opting to give whoever is calling the least amount of information about me as possible. These calls were slightly different though: whereas most unsolicited callers do not leave a message, this caller did, just without saying anything - they would hang out silently (I could hear wind like maybe they were outdoors or in the car?) and weird clicks but not *once* did whoever was calling me say anything. Well, except on one of the voicemails it sounded like the person muttered "b****" under their breath, although it's hard to tell because of all the other background noise. But of course it's already creepy that someone would leave multiple voicemails of nothing but background noise, so I think it's understandable why I'd suspect I heard what I thought I did; I'm essentially starting to wonder if I have a stalker. When the fifth call rolls in (and this person called me *repeatedly* in one day - 11:56am, 1:05pm, 1:23pm, 1:31pm, 3:08pm, & 3:17pm) - I decided I'll answer and listen to see if I maybe can recognize who's calling me. It was a woman, and the first time I did this she said "hello" "can you hear me" - and I just hung up. I didn't recognize her, and she wasn't introducing herself, and again, creepy silent voicemails. If this person is a stalker, the last thing I want to do is hold a conversation with her. That's what the experts tell you to do; all attention is good attention to stalkers, and it's best if you simply ignore them and document the occurrences. The second time I answered without speaking, she finally decided to introduce herself and told me her name was Kay, that she was calling with the towing company, and wanted to know how much I was charged. Perplexed (don't businesses...you know, state their business? Like, way earlier than this?), I start talking and I confirmed it ($185) and asked if I was billed the correct amount. Some background: the driver, upon arrival, asked me if I was quoted anything when I initially called; I wasn't. So the $185 was the price he gave me on the spot. I don't know how it was calculated or if they have a system for calculating costs. I didn't think much of it of course until Kay called because, well, it's one thing to not receive a quote and (assuming good faith) calculate the total once the service has been rendered, but it seems incredibly odd to receive multiple creeper phone calls from some stranger in San Francisco who needs to confirm what price you were charged. Are they just making up prices on the fly? Do they have a PoS system? She wanted to know also if I paid in cash or by card - it was by card. Can you see how this all seems...fishy? So like I said, I asked if I was charged the correct amount - she doesn't answer my question, and instead she gives me a range (don't remember for sure, maybe it was $110 to $200). FYI, they towed my Jeep 9.1 miles. I don't know if that's a typical rate or not, but it wasn't exactly a long trip. And that seemed to be all she wanted - to confirm the price, how I paid, and if everything went well. I called Prima once we ended our call to ask if anyone from their company tried to reach me; they looked up my phone number and confirmed that their billing department had reached out at 1:30pm. I explained what happened and at first they seemed to think I wanted to talk to billing. I explained t
