“Great service! Just be aware of the passport photos. They're really hit or miss. My husband and I came in and took our photos and it was a nice and easy process. I liked that the girl let us look at the photos too and decide if we liked it or gave us the option to take another. The problem is when we went to our passport appointment at USPS, the photo was rejected and we had to take another one there. Luckily they guarantee a refund for rejected photos. The return policy was also quick and easy.”

“I received a very high quote from FedEx and decided to shop around. I found this company on Yelp and so glad I did. Their print shop is in Stockton (no brick and mortar in Sacramento/Elk Grove) but I was able to get a quote via phone by Joshua . To ensure my print job of 500 postcards was going to look accurate, he was able to print a sample, take photos of the sample and emailed to me before I gave him the okay to print. The turnaround time was next day and the quote was half the price of FedEx that had a turnaround time of 2-3 days! Since they aren't in Sacramento/Elk Grove, they told me the postcards would be ready to pick up at a location in Elk Grove which is in the large business building near the Hilton Garden Inn (near BJ's Restaurant) off the 99 freeway/Laguna. I didn't get a phone call to say it was ready, but when I arrived at the location, they were there. Quality product and great communication is what you need in a printing business and that is what On-Line Printing & Graphics provides.”

Kudos to BJ Smith (I think that's his name) for keeping calm, collected and patient with the customer that kept coming up and asking him questions about their order they needed help with while trying to get through the line with everyone's Amazon returns.
