“Great service! Just be aware of the passport photos. They're really hit or miss. My husband and I came in and took our photos and it was a nice and easy process. I liked that the girl let us look at the photos too and decide if we liked it or gave us the option to take another. The problem is when we went to our passport appointment at USPS, the photo was rejected and we had to take another one there. Luckily they guarantee a refund for rejected photos. The return policy was also quick and easy.”

I have used their services to ship packages, send mail, buy stamps, and more. When I need something printed, you just email them the document and they print it right out! So easy!”

“I went today without an appointment, I knew I had to get there hours before passport services opened at 10:30. Got there at 6:30am, brought my lawn chair, blanket and coffee. ? Around 9, am amazing post office clerk, Dean came out to see if everyone waiting had any questions, proper paperwork and documentation, etc.Well, I didn’t… one of my notarized forms was signed in blue ink instead of black. Grateful for Dean because he helped me schedule a future appointment, and I didn’t have to wait longer for my application to be rejected. Yes waited 3 hours for nothing, missed a day of work but Dean made my day better! Thank you Dean for great customer service!!!”

“Came here about 30min to closing on a Sunday, even though the line was long and we had to wait about 15-20 min we remained patient as there was only 1 guy working, we felt so bad for him having to handle the high volume of people all by himself. Kudos to BJ Smith (I think that's his name) for keeping calm, collected and patient with the customer that kept coming up and asking him questions about their order they needed help with while trying to get through the line with everyone's Amazon returns. This UPS store is conveniently located inside the grocery store.”
