I love this store & have shopped here, almost daily, since it opened. The people are friendly, the store is organized, but I wish they had better produce, especially the Bananas, & I wish they had cheaper prices.

I came here looking for dessert cups, to make strawberry shortcake, because the people in the bakery had no clue what I was talking about.
The staff at Bel-Air knew what I wanted and told me that, I could find them in the produce, and that's where I found them.

Bel Air Elk Grove – Fall & Halloween vibes are here!
This week’s visit surprised me — so many cute Halloween cookies and festive displays! 🎃
They even have something called a Pumpkin Tree — super unique and perfect for fall décor.
The scented pine cones smell amazing, and there are plenty of seasonal treats on sale.

I’m not sure what was going on but the tellers took 15 minutes to check out 3 average orders in the middle of the day..no rush. There were 4 managers chatting on the next aisle the entire time. The lack of urgency was so obvious, it almost felt like a joke.

This is the location to visit for friendly service. Floral needs? See Jennine. She is absolutely the BEST! She adds the touches to every flower arrangement that makes them special. Same with balloons and decorations.
Meat counter? See Jay, Glen, Mauro. Their dedication and knowledge keep the butcher shop experience alive.
See Vickie at the deli. Always a pleasure. She makes great sandwiches.
Rich has been a fixture at this location and ensures the front end runs smoothly. If you see Albert at the checkstand, he is always there with a friendly smile. So is Janet, Jennifer and Sue. Brandon too. Special shout out.
The courtesy clerks are the best. Glad to see this location still caries out customer service traditions in the dreaded Walmart era that has killed the local grocery store chains.
From meat/deli/produce/floral, this is my number 1 location. PERIOD

Very average store, with a below average experience. Most things are priced more in line with upscale grocery stores, and I would not consider this store upscale. The biggest annoyance was the fact that they had only one lane open for the store on a Saturday. They didn't bother to get another opened until the line was over 6 carts long. The plastic bags used are the small weak ones that barely fit anything and can only be reused a couple of times before falling apart. They still charge 10 cents each for these weak bags.

one of the employees named Janet is very rude, disrespectful and could use some education on how to treat some customers. on Sunday morning June 22nd, she accused me of taking items while during the presence of other customers.her action was very embarrassing. I sent two e-mails to Bel Air on the web site and they completely ignored both and never replied back.

This used to be my favorite grocery store but after both store and staffing hours were recently cut they now close all checkstands starting anytime between 7 and 8 PM (it's never really consistent so hard to plan around). It's very inconvenient with a cart loaded with a week's worth of groceries being forced to go through self-checkout. Been going here 20 years but may soon switch stores due to the decreased customer service.

Nice, clean, and quiet. Shelves neat and stacked. Chinese food station staff attentive. It is hard to find staff to ask for the location of items. Check out easy. Lots of parking at around 5:45 pm when I was there.
