Great product selection.
Good service, except for a chronically unstaffed dessert section. I always have to track someone down to find an associate just to get a cake.

Bel Air. . . it is in the same nice shopping center as 24 Hr Gym, Petco, and Baskin Robbin’s!
Today, I purchased 2 Tri-Tip roasts and chicken breasts. The butcher trims the roasts very good! I love all the meats at Bel Air!
Produce/Floral Departments are very well organized with attractive displays. I also purchased sweet Cuties mandarins. Many thanks for great customer service and excellent quality food items 😄

Customer service is horrible. The times I have gone to this store the clerks are rude & not friendly at all! I’ve done my grocery shopping at Bel Air for many years and love it BUT I only go to this store if I need something urgent and even then I have to force myself to go there. Clerks and workers make you feel like they don’t want your business at their store. So sad!!! All other Bel Air and Raley’s stores no problems with customer service.

Just trying to buy some orange juice that was advertised on sale. The process to sign up for membership took forever. The app is kept freezing. And to get the sales price I had to go find the product in the app and clip it. I'm a patient person but I had no patience for this. I gave this process 5 minutes and left without the juice. The cashier was no help and just shrugged his shoulder. 💁♀️

Lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years so I’ve seen the myriad of changes. Yet the quality of service has not changed. I’m glad most of the staff is always friendly and willing to be helpful. Food quality is the same. Best meat selections available for a store.

Tomorrow we celebrate the life of our dear mother. We needed flowers for the reception centerpieces. Bel Air had EVERYTHING we were looking for..I'm visiting from Arizona and would love to have one there!

This bel air is literally the only bel air ever who never stocks up on bbq boneless chicken wings and BBQ boneless orange chicken wings in the deli section. I've lived in this area for almost 6 months now and they have only had it twice and I go in damn near weekly trying to find it.
