If I have a cero star that's what I would give this loan officer with no manners. I was trying to request for a loan and I was talking on the phone with him. Christopher Singh "senior officer" I was treated with so much disrespect that I request to talk to another loan officer and instead he hang up the phone on me. I'm not too sure if his behavior was do to that I'm a Hispanic women or what.

Came in today and spoke with Ai NaiduMortgage technology concerns. He was able to assist me with their representative.I so appreciate his caring, listening, professionalism. He is indeed an asset to Safe credit Union.Thank you Mr Naidu

This appears to be a training branch. Every time I visit to conduct a regular transaction, it takes me at least 30 minutes. Every counter has a new trainee. This is the wrong way to run the branch and is inconvenient for many business account holders. I only opened an account here due to its close proximity to my home, but it was a bad decision.

I really like Safe Credit Union but this branch at Laguna and Bruceville I especially love. The management and staff here are the best banking group I have ever been around. I have been a member for about 20 years and I moved my business banking here in 2019. This branch has treated me like family and like a friend It is so well managed and operated. Honestly I cannot say enough about how great this bank has been to me. I want to acknowledge Avi Naidu, the branch manager, Janet Steele and Lead Defiesta, assistant branch managers, the awesome Michael Bennett, Karen Chandler, Ericka Banford, Tiffany Creighton, Jaylen, Kristen, Josh and others. You are an amazing group! Safe should evaluate why this staff is so great and spread it around to the other branches. Thanks to you all for the world's best customer service!!!

Teller was very friendly and efficient branch manager was very sweet. Transactional needs are always well addressed at the window. Plentiful parking and always clean inside.

I had high hopes for this Credit Union when I joined almost 3 years ago. I opened a $1,000 secured card the same time I became a member. I used that secured card and paid it on time for 3 of years, until It no longer made sense to use it because I had new credit cards that had 25x the limit. So the day came where I called Safe to get a new unsecured card with a higher limit that i could actually do something with. They told me I had to apply for the unsecured card. I did. With a 730 credit score and 3 years of positive payment history with them I was only offered a card that had 4 thousand more than my secured card had. Then they wanted pay stubs. Pay stubs seemed more important to them than my credit score or history of paying my card with them on time for 3 years. Sense I’m self employed I don’t have pay stubs. I asked izf I could just increase the limit on my secured card and was told that would be a new application. This credit union is terrible. The customer service is terrible. The communication is terrible. I have 3 other credit unions and Safe is by far the worst and most annoying to deal with. I’ve only been with SchoolsFirst credit union for 1 year. When I joined I applied for a $1,000 unsecured credit card. I applied for limited increase with Schoolsfirst the same time I applied for a new Safe credit card. Schoolsfirst increased my card limit from $1,000 to $10,000 over the phone and asked me for nothing and I haven’t even been with them as long as I have with Safe. Schoolsfirst CU told me my credit check is good for 60 days and I can use that same hard pull to apply for other loans they offer. Safe told me everything is a new credit check. Safe is a trash lame duck credit union that has trust issues.

Been with this bank for years. They are fine if you just use them as a bank. Trying to get a loan out of them when your self employed even with really good credit and cash to spare is more difficult than it should be. BUT at least they don't gouge their customers with fees.

They are "upgrading" their system -- for five days! You can't use online banking. Their app has a lot of features that aren't usable. I doubt that they are going to address them in this update.

Tiffany Vargas and Jayne Anderson Treated me terribly while trying to refinance they said there was no way I would be approved but what they didn't know was I was already approved by schools financial credit Union and 2 other institutions as I was simply shopping around. Do not use safe credit Union for a refinance again they treated me terribly and when they found out I was a minority and an alcoholic in recovery I was targeted and made to feel very stupid which caused temporary depression but I'm over it and now I'm doing the right thing warning others. Especially Tiffany Vargas she is constantly threatening to not allow me to utilize any of the bank's features so go ahead Tiffany. Go ahead and do what you need to do I have good Karma and therefore I certainly don't need you. Phil here signing off. Safe credit Union in my honest opinion is a complete joke and fails miserably in comparison to school's 1st credit Union and I must say Travis federal credit Union is very good too but safe is a joke. If anyone is interested I will forward you Tiffany Vargas threatening letter it's hilarious. Additionally based on derogatory comments made to me I cannot speak for safe in it's entirety but some members I feel are racist. I feel strongly Tiffany should find other meaningful work where she can actually help people. Maybe she could go back to school and become a counselor I say that because counselors help people. Phil

I came in because I lost my debit card and Lo (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) helped me out. He was extremely nice and courteous. I was helped efficiently and quick. I got a new debit card in 3 mins. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Definitely will be coming back to this branch.
