WOULD GIV NO STAR IF I COULD!!! If Raquel is still there please do not go if you want your belongings. Raquel is what you would call truly a devil in disguise ? She robbed me on multiple occasions. She seems to be a sweetheart, a likable person, was attentive to my concerns but little did I know she was the person stealing my stuff and pretending to have called the authorities but kept stringing along as I learned this by contacting corporate office how ever they did not receive anything complaints or were notified regarding my issue. Raquel literally hand picked the items of interest which I placed a hidden camera. Rachel lied about assisting with the police regarding my complaints. If this company rehired her which she disappeared when I gave a detailed written description of her robbing me..my advice to you is too RUN RUN RUN AWAY AND DONT LOOK BACK!!! THIS IS A TRUE STORY. I AM STILL UPSET ABOUT THESE THINGS HAPPEN TO ME!PART TWO! (GOOGLE IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE I URGE YOU TO TAKE NOTICE OF THIS PLEASE)!!!!!!!!!!!After I had Post the previous Review..I received a notification from the "Owner" CUSTOMER SERVICES regarding this matter as if I had not already submitted a complaint to them over several occasions by phone and a detailed written complaint regarding my issue ABOUT Rachel and her then Supervisor which attempt to offer free services then charges me during my move bc she was upset that I reported her actions Regarding Rachel. Now this company sent a message to respond by email regarding my review and calling it an allegation. My suggestion to this company that is hiding behind their customer service email account to communicate when I have already spent multiple days to assist me is best to leave me alone and accept this truth because It has been less than a year since this happened to me and I can and or WILL CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY! Consider fact I given you a break!!!

Swung by, had some questions. There was an older couple with a language barrier & Mike was very professional & patient with the disadvantage. Then he was able to help me sufficiently & I really appreciated him answering all my questions. I’ll be renting there soon when I move!

Worse management in the world. They are never open, charge increased fees every few months, while advertising lesser rates. Charge LATE FEES when their system doesn’t charge your CC. Office closed because they don’t have employees. In the process of suing them now, because NOBODY will ever return a call or email. Just the office lady, who claims to have no power just there to collect $$… what a SCAM!!! Can’t wait to get them in front of a judge… OHH and the replies are a joke by “owner”. They don’t answer that number or email. And the 5 star reviews I suspect are fake…

Nobody is ever there. You have to call the 1 800 number for assistance. The prices are decent for what you are getting.

The facility is still open even though Yelp shows them as closed.In 2020, I rented a unit from them for 4 months and wasextremely pleased. In November 2022, I rented again,but this time I am very disappointed. I was overchargedin June 2023, and the manager at the time was worthless.I believe she quit a few days ago. Trying to get a refundhas been a joke. She finally gave me a phone number to calland the rep was very pleasant. But as usual, nothing has been resolved. I will be moving out soon to another placebecause the rate increases and poor customer service practices.

Unfortunately the on line experience was a bust. But all was set right with Raquel in the office at location I eventually went to. She was helpful and patient as I had two little ones with me. Thank you so much. ?

The customer service rep over the phone was very professional, courteous and patient. She thoroughly explained the process and assisted me with the rental. Unit promptly assigned and access code provided. Had to purchase a lock from Raquel at the rental office. She was super nice and informative and showed us how to use the lock. Bathrooms are clean and available to the public. Overall very pleased with the experience and I highly recommend.

Sheila at Columbus Ga SecurCare went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience with these storage units. Her kindness and professionalism is unmatched and she made the entire thing as stress free as possible. Will definitely recommend them to friends!

Raquel was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and organized. The area feels safe by the appearance. So far, I'm super happy with renting a storage space here. Raquel was thorough getting me setup and was able to answer all of my questions. Manager material!

What a joke. This company doesnt want to pay anyone to be in office so they lie with emergency excuses and runarounds. The Area Manager wont call back. They post open but they're closed causing me to pay extra for movers and trucks no reimbursementor regards for wasting customers time. You never get even get a return call from office or Area Manager. Im reporting to BBB.

The worst place to have a storage the lady in the office does not do her job, worst storage ever good luck.
