Went here to pick up my birthday gift, and of course stocked up on some other items. Nice, clean and well stocked location! Friendly staff as well. Love the location since it's in one of my favorite plazas with Costco etc. only down side is reception is bad in the area if you need to look up anything online you may struggle.

Great addition to Elk Grove Ridge center. Best time to go Sephora is during the annual sales. Every person you talk about skin care and any products, their opinions differ. Do your research prior to going. Parking - free.

It's amazing how one person can completely damper your experience. So, I wanted to try a new makeup that I came across and found out Sephora carried it. YAY!! When I walked into this location, I was greeted by Jay who was such a delight. They helped me find what I was looking for, helped color matched me and offered a few other products they thought I would benefit from. This was my first errand of the day and they just added to me feeling good. Until I got to the counter where Mara was standing. Mara was leaning against the back counter when I walked up so I wasn't sure if they were the one who would be helping me or not. They didn't greet me as I stood there waiting for someone to help (I was the only one in line). When they finally did speak the only the they said was "are you paying with cash or card?" Wow! I explained that I had a gift card but wasn't sure if there was a credit on it. I made a couple of other comments but they didn't respond to anything. I put the product I was purchasing on the counter but it was a little bit out of their reach so they leaned over and snatched it off the counter. I wanted to ask if they were having a bad day because the energy coming off of them was very unpleasant. At the end of my transaction they didn't say thank you for you shopping or have a good day or anything. As I was leaving I went to Jay and asked to speak to a supervisor. I explained my experience and they said they would address it. I understand people might not be in the best moods and I don't expect a song and dance but working in the customer service industry where you interact with people regularly, you should, at the very least, be pleasant. I will be back but I will make sure to be aware of Mara.

Koko is amazing!!! Trust the process. I recently got my make up done. I just wanted something different and bold for a special occasion. The staff has a really cool tool that scans your skin to determine best color match for foundation. I had not previously had that done. It was super fast and my skin looked flawless. I did not feel pressured to get any upsells. Honestly it was really relaxing. They have quite a few spa services only downside is they open at 10am and you have to book online. I believe I saw there was availability for 9am slot but don't quote me on that. Pro tip: book early and be flexible if you have a specific look in mind. The MUA are well trained and will share/modify if something might not work.

I took a chance and got a glam makeup session for my wedding. While I would recommend getting a practice session beforehand, I didn’t have time. I could not be more grateful for make up artist Daija’s phenomenal work. She listened, asked for feedback to ensure I was pleased at various stages, shared tips, and made me feel so comfortable on a nerve-wracking day. I got so many compliments at the wedding. I will absolutely go back and seek out Daija specifically for any future events.

They always have what I need and if not they always get it in reasonable time! I would recommend this new location over the mall.

This is the only Sephora I feel like I get adequate service at. I really appreciate MELINDA taking her time to help me find the perfect foundation, and other make items to complete the look I'm going for! The time spent really makes it worth the drive and that I'm passing up other Sephora stores to come to this one. I never feel watched here which makes the experience even that much better. They let me spend my money in peace and I love that for myself and this store. I will continue to pass up the other stores to come to this one.

The staff here are always helpful! The store is always clean and products are easy to find! Kiera has helped me multiple times and she's super sweet/patient! Love visiting this Sephora!

I've visited this location twice, and both times, the lack of customer service was disappointing. No one greets you when entering and you have to hunt down someone if you want help. The staff seemed more focused on restocking than on helping customers. It would be great to see more attention given to customer service in the future.

This is a very nice and big Sephora. When you walk in you are greeted every time and offered help which is nice. It's giving very demure, very mindful.

Having this store near my place is incredibly convenient. I used to drive 30 minutes to get my essential products at Sephora, but now it's just a stone's throw away. The store offers a wide variety of items I need, making it a favorite shopping destination for me.
