Dr. Belcher is very attentive and listened to all my concerns ! I have a fear of finding someone that won't pay attention but it is totally not the case for Dr. Belcher. I would definitely recommend her!

I saw Dr.Belcher at a weekend clinic two days ago, and since joining Mercy/Dignity (two doctors I have seen) it's the first time I am happy.Third time is a charm?I really liked the attention and clear explanation of everything I am going through. Her warmth, expertise, and fun personality were genuine. Because I have had many different health issues, I was told I need an Internist...after one visit I want to now just go to her for my medical problems! Since Covid, it's been very difficult to find a doctor that is NICE and trulycaring anymore.

Dealing with Dignity Health is a nightmare. Their online portal has never worked properly for me. They send me bills that are in no way linked to my account. I had my insurance contact them and they had no reason for the bills, so just asked them to be disregarded?! I have not been able to visit Dr. Belcher in person since pre-COVID. I'm not sure why they think a video visit and guessing at my health issues is an acceptable form of healthcare. I really liked her when I met her, but after like 3 years of video visits, I'm over it. Who gets into healthcare to see patients online? I'm switching not only from this PCP, but this organization. It's deplorable service in every way possible.

My wife was re-scheduled 4 times for her appointment because the doctor is unavailable and one of her appointment she arrived 5 min late and the doctor refused to see her. Very disappointed, all these reviews make no sense. Don’t waste your time and find a another doctor.

I am extremely disappoint the way this doctor and her staff treated me. I had schedule an appointment with her after an ER visit the day before and her nurses called me when I was driving to my appointment and they asked me why I do I need to see her. After I explain my situation and how I had went to ER and they told me to schedule an appointment with my doctor. They refused to see me that day and cancelled my appointment. I never had this experience like this where doctor refuse to see patients. In that moment I felt like I had nowhere to go while I was in pain. I plan to speak to the hospital about, because this really traumatized me and people should not be treated like this.

Can’t say enough positive things about Dr Belcher! She’s thorough, she’s caring, she listens, bedside manner is impeccable, she’s friendly and upbeat! A total breath of fresh air. I honestly have never had a primary care doc that I actually used for purposes other than a name for my insurance company to put on file. Dr Belcher actually makes me want to call and make appointments when I need them. She gives great professional advice and I feel like I can trust her. If you have been referred to her, see for yourself! You will not be disappointed.

I’ve experienced plenty of doctors in the past with a lack of compassion and care for my health.Dr. Belcher has been the complete opposite and has truly exceeded my expectations.She is understanding and receptive to you and your health. Her joyous attitude is contagious and her genuine care for her patients well-being doesn’t go unnoticed. 5 stars! Dr. B is the best Black Female doctor in Sacramento & Mercy Medical Group.

Not sure why my daughters name shows up on this post BUT My husband and I started seeing Dr Belcher in the midst of Covid and you don’t know how hard it was to not be able to hug her! Fell In love at hello! She truly listens she truly cares and she is very thorough. Since we were new patients she made sure she had the baseline to treat us - she made sure we had all her bloodwork and all our necessary screenings done ASAP so she had a good foundation to build on. She will be our family doctor until we go or until she retires!

Dr Belcher is truly special infact magic her way of doctoring is like none other she connects on a higher frequency her approach is only to help and nothing less then getting the job done not th blanket the illnesses but to uncover and get to the bottom with solid lasting solutions I am so excited to be in her rotation for the greater good of my heath Thanx Dr B

She has been our doctor never returns calls and foes not havevthe experience to work in this setting! She needs to understand not everyone is made of $$ help people instead of judging !

Never have I ever had a doctor as attentive, personable or showed half the genuine care Dr Belcher had shown on my very first doctor visit. She has the most amazing bedside manner. If you are looking for a PCP look no further as I highly doubt you will find anyone better than her. I'm surprised she is still accepting new patients.
