This was my first time being at Sportsman to buy my rifle. The representative; Oty Keovongsa, helped me with the process from start to finish. He was knowledgeable about the rifle and went through the safety checks with me, such as loading and unloading. In the event I run into a jam, how to clear the bullet. I asked Oty what is allowed with the CA Compliant realm when modifying since this is my first rifle. He provided thorough information, which is tremendously helpful. I am happy to say I will be going back to buy another weapon and more ammo. Thank Oty for the assistance and the wonderful customer service you provided.

Was not impressed. To say they had limited stock on fishing reels would be an understatement. They put blame on vendors wich is a joke. Bass Pro was fully stocked.

I got the Shakespeare catch more fish salmon online, sadly they don't have them in store at their Elk Grove locaton. It is a nice fishing setup.

It's usually a good store, but this location is the worst. When calling, I'm always told by operater, they're busy. I walk in 5 minutes later, and there is no customer at the gun counter. Workers talking and hanging out.

Very high prices. I'm not knocking this store, very clean, polite, and stocked in an orderly fashion. Looking for a work jacket, headed to a ice house to load. Wrong time of year to be looking for a jacket. Great supply of hunting attire, but not in the working type of clothes. But then that's not what they do just happens to be what I need. This'll you for the response.
