Front desk staff was rude and a snippy with me because I didn't know which floor to go to. Took the lady all of 5 seconds to figure out where I was supposed to be, so clearly it wasn't a big deal. Sheesh.

Sketchy NP ordered unnecessary tests for an obvious cyst in my shoulder. Tricked me into signing a form that makes me pay for uncovered tests. It's a known problem with Sutter and can be found in news articles. Now I'm in collections for a test I never needed. Be very careful when they try to order any tests.
