Sutter Walk-In Care offers convenient, quality care without an appointment, seven days a week. The facility is very clean with professional and courteous staff who are helpful and kind. Patients report feeling comfortable, cared for, and not anxious during visits. The staff efficiently rooms patients and provides vaccinations and care for day-to-day health needs, from COVID-19 boosters to treating infections. While booking an appointment can sometimes involve a wait due to capacity, the staff works to accommodate patients. People of all ages, from children to seniors, are seen at this Elk Grove location.

Last minute appointment for the flu vaccine. Walked in and within 15 minutes we were on our way. Extremely efficient, professional, and simply nice and considerate. We've used this facility several times and keep coming back because we know they're wonderful people.
