Be careful with your card information. I recently went in to get 5g home internet. Was told I needed to use a debit card to receive a discount on my account. Gave them my card. 1 weeks later had fraud charge. I don't use my debit card for anything. Haven't gone to atm or used my debit card in the past three months. Everything on my account is regular auto pay. Be careful everyone

I used to be a Sprint customer until they were bought by T-mobile. I stayed with T-mobile for their customer service and cellular service. Both are excellent in most cases, and very few other providers have raised to the occasion to fix or offer me a better deal, so I stay loyal to T-mobile.On my recent visit to this T-mobile store, I needed an upgrade on my cellphone because I cracked my screen. The sales agent hooked me up with a new S23 device with insurance and a trade-in for a 24 month contract of $18 to my current bill, which is a premium account of 100 GB of cellular data per month per line.T-mobile has fixed the shortcomings of Sprint, raising my coverage plan and lowering my overall bill.Still a loyal customer.

We had a wonderful experience at this T Mobile today with Aaron! Our whole family was switching from Verizon and Aaron made sure we had the best deals. He was so patient and worked with us to understand the different plans we could sign up for. We were very happy with our experience. It took us a long time (mostly because we had a lot of questions) and he never seemed to be in a rush. Very personable and easy to chat with!

I had issue with my sim card a bold guy at the store responded so rude and unprofessional even though I told him I came here because customer service suggested me so. Thank you because of you I just transfer my service to Verizon because I don’t want to support this rude guy

Purchased an iphone here recently and the experience was great. The workers were helpful and friendly. The wait was quicker than stated. I did hope the person helping us was more knowledgeable but he might've been new. I've purchased my last phone from here as well a couple of years ago and it was a good experience as well. I would return if they have the phone I want in the future.

I encountered the most unprofessional and a liar sales clerk in this shop. I went there a week ago and told him that I want to replace the backordered Iphone Promax. He told me I can have it replaced once I received the Iphone Promax. Tonight, I received the IphonePromax so I went to the shop to and I spoke to him again and when I told him that I need to have Iphone Promax replaced, he told me that I first need to return the Iphone Promax that I received. When I confronted him why he did not tell me that in the first time I spoke to him, he just non-chalantly said that "I must have told you." I will never come to this shop again!

Great customer service. They do get busy please be patience. They also have a good supply of screen savers in stock. Why the other stores in my area don't. Well no comment. I drive out of my way to get this great service
