Thank you stylist Jenny for giving my wife a beautiful hair cut. Highly recommend stylist Jenny if you want to treat your wife to a special day, take her here to get her hair serviced and then go for a nice dinner to earn some brownie points. Great stylist, great work, clean place, would definitely come back.

Got my hair shampooed, conditioned, cut, blow dry, and styled and now my hair is looking so pretty and healthy. Jenny was really nice and friendly and down to earth. Easy to start a conversation with her. She knows what she's doing and was very gentle with my hair. 10/10 I would recommend her and the result is so pretty. I will definitely go back and have Jenny do this exact cut and style. I am one happy client.

Well, I was hopeful trying this salon for the first time. I've had my 15 YO son's hair cut by Jenny a couple of times and she was super sweet with him.The first time we went he pretty much backed out and she cut very little. His hair is long and we had discussed a shorter, layered style. No biggie.The second time we went he was a little bit more confident about a new style and I was unable to be there with him so we did a FaceTime call and I explained the cut and had shared a photo. The cut didn't work out to be anywhere near what he wanted. No layering. So I'm not sure what happened with that.I then went for an appointment to get my roots done because my regular stylist was out sick for a couple of weeks. I had been told, and verified she used Redken color. Despite sharing the exact formula that needed to be used with Redken color, I looked up and saw bright orange hair. ? I was pretty horrified to say the least and Jenny mentioned we should probably wash it out only after I looked up and noticed the color was waaay off. She washed it twice and I was left with rose gold / strawberry blonde roots all over my head. Again, very surprising and upsetting to say the least. I've never had anything like this happen with any stylist I've ever been to over the years and have been getting highlights and or base color for about 30 years.I don't know what happened with the formula. Lack of understanding? Lack of experience in this case when the color was purchased? I did learn that she only uses Redken toner not the color line. I came to find out later there were two different color lines and they are very different so again something went south. Jenny was very, very apologetic and I did not pay for the root color obviously. I remained calm yet clearly unhappy and disappointed.Jenny offered to try and fix it right then and there, yet I declined. I'm actually glad I did because she could not have used the same formula on the newly strawberry blonde / rose gold roots anyway and it would have been even more of a disaster I think. And I am certainly no expert with the science of hair color and shouldn't have to be.I would use caution with this salon as there may be some newer folks who may not be up to the job or challenge you present to them, or have the experience you are expecting. Really upsetting and disappointing to say the least.

If the stylist is not clear on what needs to be done or should be done and puts faith in the beauty supply company over their own knowledge and expertise of color lines that's never a good thing. If you are not sure how to do a job then you probably shouldn't take the job. It's like hiring a plumber to build your pool. Jenny offered to try and fix it right then and there, yet I declined. I'm actually glad I did because she could not have used the same formula on the newly strawberry blonde / rose gold roots anyway and it would have been even more of a disaster I think. I was looking for my hair to back to silver. I booked with Hannah via her Instagram page. I love when stylists have their before and afters for people to see. She was very meticulous and detailed. She was also very easy to conversate with. She has her pricing available on her website. My session was from 9-2:30pm. But my hair came out great.

I am still in love with my hair after many months! I feel like my hair is still so perfect to me. It feels healthy, the color is still vibrant. I got a low maintenance balayage done by Robin. Definitely will keep going here. Strongly recommend.

My stylist was Tatiana and OMG she did me up gooood! I've had pink hair for over 2 years now and this is probably the best it's ever looked!! I recently moved to the area and was so nervous about it going wrong and looking like a mess for the first day of HS but she knows what she's doing for sure and my hair looks amazing! The place is nice and clean and she was super helpful and informative the whole time :) The price is totally worth it!

I would say that I would give a zero if I could but that's not an option. Robin was really nice BUT her services sucked . I went in partially blonde wanted to be more blonde and she ended up making me darker than lighter and my hair went orange within matter of weeks after 450 dollars . She quoted me 350 but changed her price on me after I called her out she didn't apply my deposit . I went to my original stylist and she was in disbelief how bad my hair looked I'm now at a color correction ugh ! Biggest mistake to trust her with my hair !!!!
