Again this office is showing me why it is time to find a new doctor. First off my primary doctor is never available so you end up having to schedule with one of the other doctors. I was sent for xrays and at my follow up appointment i pay my copay only for them to take my weight and blood pressure and the doctor come in an tell me i cant access your results ill give you a call later with the results here we are months later i still have not heard my results. On top of that I returned to drop off my fmla paperwork to be filled out and they inform me it takes 7-10 business days, i thought that was strange, but i waited. 2 weeks later i call to see if i can pick up mu paperwork they tell me they can't find it, when they find it theyll give me a call. Another week goes by i call the front desk lady and explain to here im waiting on paperwork and explained what happened, she gets a attitude and says doctor has your paperwork he just hasn't filled it out. I explain that they need to put some urgency on it because i need it for work. Here we are one month later i still have not received a call that my paperwork has been filled out. This office is very unprofessional and obviously dont care about their patients they jus want your money and that is very sad

If I could leave a negative start, I would. They have a such a bad communication that I called over a week for some paper work to and up to now no called back bad bad and were bad service no patient oriented business. Then I called for an appointment front desk very disrespectful
