I come here often to return my packages but the store manager is never friendly and has an attitude. They’re always short staffed and there’s high turn over since there seems to be new people that work there every time I’ve been there. I’m not returning here I’d rather drop off my returns to fedex!

Athena at UPS was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me with document notarization and shipping. Despite the office being busy that morning, she remained calm, professional, and attentive to every detail. Her clear communication and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service.

Terrible experience. The store manager,
Athena acted like she had never shipped a package before. At every step—address, phone number, packaging—She looked confused, was rude and unhelpful the entire time.
She copied the address incorrectly and when I asked her to fix it by adding the “Line 2 address” she looked completely confused - like she had no idea what I was talking about. Then she refused to add the recipient’s phone number stating that “they don’t call recipients”!!!! Isn’t this part of shipping 101? Then she wouldn’t sell me a box unless I bought the packaging insert too- what a rip-off !!!!
It’s obvious Athena prefers customers who just drop off prepaid packages so she doesn’t have to lift a finger. Anything that requires actual shipping completely throws her off. Her lack of professionalism and knowledge is shocking.
I left and went to the UPS inside Raley’s on Elk Grove Blvd. Night and day difference—friendly, fast, professional. I was in and out in 5 minutes and paid a quarter of the price Athena quoted me.
Avoid this location. Go to Raley’s UPS instead—they actually know how to ship a package.

I had a very frustrating experience at this UPS Store. I returned Verizon internet equipment about a week ago. The staff told me I didn’t need a tracking number because they have a direct account with Verizon. All they gave me was a paper with the equipment’s serial number and the store info.
Later, I got an email from Verizon saying they never received the equipment. When I went back to the UPS Store to ask for help tracking it, they told me they couldn’t track the package and basically said it wasn’t their problem. Verizon also told me they hadn’t received anything and that I need to follow up with UPS. But no one seems to take responsibility.
Now I’m stuck between UPS and Verizon with no answers. Very disappointed in how unprofessional and careless the staff were with my return.

Robin is Amazing! I was getting a passport photo and also sending my passport renewal information. Robin was super Helpful.
She made me feel at ease. She is Efficient, knowledgeable and cheerful. She made it easy! I was Blessed to have her help me!

Ethan at UPS Store 4853 (Bruceville Rd) was absolutely amazing!! I had to ship inherited artwork and he gave me the best advice & helped me even minutes past closing!!! His customer service was top tier!!!

A total scam. They would charge you $3.32 for a single page label. How in the world you justify charging this amount for a one page print? They know you aren’t going to drive home for a one page print, so why not take the advantage of people in need?

Terrible service. They would not take my return based on the packaging. Which was exactly met the amazon shipping requirements. The representative was not empathetic or willing to even acknowledge the directions that Amazon provided. The lack of customer service and true customer care is lost at all levels these days.

*** Do your research, you don't need them anymore. You can do everything from home. *** I dealt with owner regarding a bad customer service incident at another one of their stores. They proved that theydo not care about the customer. Look out for lawsuits against them soon!! Everyone take a stand, we pay them our money!

Demetrius was amazing and very helpful! The store was clean and service was quick. They answered my questions and he was very knowledgeable. Would go to this location again.
