Super bad customer service. Came to pick up an order and the store manager I believe her name was Athena, she was rude and had an attitude. I gave her my ID, so she can look up my order, she didn’t find it in the system. I told her all of the details she needed, and she even went to the back and check, came back saying it wasn’t in the back. While I was trying to figure out why my package “ wasn’t here” I seen how she would also treat other people with rudeness. I left the store and I spoke to this kind lady long curly hair on the phone, told her I had a package delivered and she looked me up and she found it. Went back in and the store manager helped me again, she said (the system didn’t show my name up). Clearly the store manager Athena was being lazy and not looking good because on the box it had my name. Bad customer service, I will never come back to this UPS Store.

My reason for visit was to pick up a package the guy in there told me the day before I can use a picture of my Id but the package wasn’t ready, I came the next day once it was ready for pick up and was told I needed the physical id. Which if I knew that I would have brought it. The manager ATHENA, was so rude and she was mugging me. & then rolled her eyes at me, I told her that was very rude and this is not a way a manager should act she went on with arguing with me while other customers was in the store. I asked for corporate number she refused to give it to me, She is not cut out to carry a position of management when she can not control her attitude and confrontational actions, she created a hostile environment, she’s rude and have a self control. The employees there are not trained properly and this is very upsetting and beyond acceptable. She needs to be fired and definitely not someone that managing a place of business.

This is my go to UPS… I usually send my packages thru this location. The staff is always friendly and they try their best to get you in and out ASAP…. I’m due to go in and mail a package soon here and I’m looking forward to the friendly greeting as soon as you step in door. Thank you UPS for your friendly welcomes and service . 😍

Despite being exceptionally busy , multitasking, and sometimes hassled by impatient customers…. Kelvin is Always extremely patient, kind, positive, polite and a delight! I wanted to thank him. It’s because of him that I drive further for fantastic service!

I have been cominge here for 4 years but today I got the Worst customer services. There is an annoying useless old sucker at the branch. I thought it was just me until ATT 3 other people. We were literally side eying ourselves and rolling our eyes. Not everyone has a front line personality, assess your new hires accordingly.

I just went into this location at 10:50 am. The kid was there by himself and unfortunately, when i asked him if he was a notary my phone rang because my son is in the hospital. I had to take the call. He was standing in front of me, facing me and looking down, I tried to get the young man’s attention three times, first I said “excuse me” then I said, “sir” then I said “hey you” the kid looked up at me, closed his book and said I’m not gonna do your notary for you. “You yelled at me, I’m not helping you, you can’t talk to me like that” and he walked away, I did not yell at him. I was trying to get his attention because it seemed he could not hear me or he was ignoring me. If somebody is that sensitive when you try to get there attention and they think they’re being yelled at they should not be working with the public. All I did was try to get his attention because he wasn’t paying attention when I was calling for him. This is the worst location and every time I go there which is very frequently It’s very rarely a pleasant experience this guy is over 6 foot tall, very skinny and dark hair. They need to fire him. He just exploded my entire day of deadlines He’s too sensitive and took it personal. He should’ve been listening.

I have an oversized package that UPS needs to return to Amazon. After I print and attach the shipping label, I bring the package to this UPS store at the corner of Laguna Blvd and Franklin Blvd.
The location is very convenient for me. It is only a five-minute drive from my Home, so I was there almost precisely at 9 a.m. on Saturday morning when the store opened for business. The lady working behind the counter gave me a nice greeting and handled my drop-off immediately with a smile on her face all the time. I was in and out of the store in one minute. I have received excellent speedy service with a friendly and polite worker working in the store.

This UPS store has been my home store for as long as I can remember. I have always had good experiences, however, the excellent service that I have recieved from Noah R over my last few visits needs to be expressed. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional while being patient and time efficient. Nothing but good things to say, I will continue to frequent this location because of employees like him.
