I used to bank with Wells Fargo and I felt like just another number. I now have a personal client relationship here with US bank! They consult me on what would be best for me. 5 star service!!!

If I could not give a rate to US bank on Laguna Blvd I would give them a zero in customer service. It maverick fails short staff and always have computer problems. Manager is never onsite.

I was doing a wire transfer, the branch manager Nate Thomas is extremely helpful, patient and efficient. It took longer because of something in the computer system but he finished it and helped me. Thank you Nate!

I have 16k in my account and they are literally giving me a hard time with a large purchase. In fact, they are making me wire it and told me to come in at 1:00pm. When I got there they said that wires end at 1pm then why did you schedule the appointment at that time? I called corporate and they said wire doesn't end until 2pm. So they told their manager and told me to sit down and wait until they get the rest of the people in line taken care of. I am sitting here 30 minutes after the appointment that THEY scheduled and they are still "figuring" out if I can use my money. MY MONEY. So frustrating.

**************est.1968**************** Banks are like opinions, everybody's got one, and think that theirs is best. This review, however, is not written by a typical member of this financial institution, but by someone simply using their automated teller machine (aka ATM). The ONLY reason that I have been here dozens of times is because of the ultra convenient drive up ATM. I always seem to be in a hurry, so having this place as an option to pull funds out is a nice alternative to walking in the bank or using the walk up ATM, though I've seen folks hoof it up to this one in the drive thru before. The unit itself is self explanatory and easy to work. It never seems to be shut down for servicing, nor does it ever seem to run out of money. So, hat tip to this US Bank branch for maintaining the servicing of their unit. All in all, the only complaint that I have is of the super narrow and snake-like driveway leading up to the sharp left turn just to get to the ATM. If you drive an oversized vehicle like I do, you're either going to have to be very careful, or you're gonna tear some stuff up! Good bank I'm sure.

I love US Bank... They definitely excel in customer service. This branch especially goes out of their way to accommodate and respect peoples time. Very friendly, very professional... I appreciate and value the effort that they make to insure a positive experience.

Mercy the bank teller took care of me Saturday morning. I wasn't sure if she knew what she was doing that she sent me to go sit down and then get back up again. It wasn't the best service that I thought it was a bit unorthodox. Unfortunately we have to come back later this week that I'm not looking forward to it. I highly advise not coming here on a Saturday even if it's first thing in the morning. I don't really like going to banks as I have been a victim bank teller in a bank robbery many years back that I was called for a line up and subpoenaed too. Maybe knowing that situation one can understand where I am coming from. I don't like hanging around banks but a necessary place to get your money deposited and/or withdrawn. See you soon US Bank.

I love this bank and that's saying something! I've banked with Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual when it was a thing, Chase, Schools Financial and Bank of the West. This bank is a conventional big box bank with a credit union personal customer service feel which I love. Yes I love a bank with all the important assets but still has that humble setting. The tellers there are friendly and informative.
