Went in to open up a checking and I think overall the experience could have been a lot better. Customer service from the rep was not the best from this lady that works at the desk, kind of gave you that rush feeling and needed didn’t feel comfortable at all. Seriously needs training at this place of better reps ? People are tired of trashy customer service. Will try a different location and maybe even bank..

1st time went into the branch and 1st time as a USBank customer. Very happy when I entered the bank and greeted by a young woman at the desk near the entrance but greatly disappointed with the bank teller. Service was poor and plan on transferring my account to a different bank.

I will give black star if possible. Really disappointed with the banker Anna, I made a deposit and luckily I kept the deposit receipt, for some reason the money disappeared from my account. I had to go to the branch to prove the deposit using the receipt that I kept.Today I had a scheduled call at 12:45 pm, which is confirm by text and email from the bank, it’s now 1:45 pm, and I am still patiently waiting a call back for another issue.If the branch manager see this please call me.

Just had the most AWFUL AWFUL experience at this branch. I have been cashing my payroll checks here for over 1 year every 2 weeks. I have a profile in their system and never ever once had any problem. This is where my company has banked for years! Anna the teller was very difficult for no reason. She refused to cash my check without talking to the owner. Mind you it’s a Saturday, the owner is most definitely not in the office. I have the work Phonecall’s transfer to my cell on the weekends so I told her to call the office and I will answer right here in front of her and gladly transfer her to the owners cell phone. Well she refuses to call the number that is printed on our payroll check and all over the internet and yellow pages. She insists on calling his direct office line which AGAIN he isn’t in the office on Saturdays! She was insistent on making this regular every 2 week transaction that I do very very difficult for no reason. Finally I was able to have the owner of the company call the bank directly and verify everything, so 40 minutes later she is ready to cash my payroll check. With everything going on in the world today and how difficult especially this last year has been, she has the opportunity to make just one normal everyday thing easy for someone and instead she chose to make it difficult. I’m not normally one to post bad reviews I usually just decide not to return to whatever business I had a bad encounter with however this one really bothered me had she have showed a little care and concern and took the time to explain that maybe this is this specific branches policy I might have been a bit more understanding but her carelessness and lack of interest in getting this done for me really turned me off. I believe she needs some training on customer service especially when it comes to peoples finances my company again has been with US Bank for mini mini mini years the history alone should have been more thank enough for her to put some extra effort in. Okay end rant! ??

This is by day the worst bank I started with. I opened a business account with them one month ago. I was told that all the check were available the next day. So I went ahead and deposit a check. Next day I started using the card to buy some supplies. Then 2 days later I wanted to use the card again and it was declined and I ask why so I called them to help me with my portal to log in online and they did upon checking on the account they charged 9 times overdraft fee of 36 dollars I called them and asked why if they had told me it would be ready the next day. And so they told me they put the check on a hold for 5 days . If I knew the check was going to be on a hold for 5 days I wouldn't of not put in the check and then I called them again and said it was because my account was knew. They should I have told me that was going to happen for me not to use the account and just waited on the check instead of charging me overdraft fees. I called them but never answer the phone and I finally got the chance to speak to a representative he told me that a supervisor was going to call me I waited 2 days and I called and said he was going to call me they never did till when I called again and didn't even speak to one. He just told me they refund me 5 overdraft fee. And I told him why and he told me because i had access to my account online. Till this point I'm waiting for a phone call from the guy who helped me make the account it's been more than a week now. I wouldn't recommended this bank for business.

DO NOT visit this branch!! I was racially discriminated against here! The tellers are not honest, please make sure you get a receipt for your transactions. I made a CASH deposit on my son’s birthday, got home and checked my account, NO MONEY!! Drove back and the teller somehow didn’t see it either nor could the teller produce a receipt for my deposit?? I’m livid because the teller admitted she made an error however it was not reversible. Stated the money would be available tomorrow, another lie as I’m still waiting for my deposit to post, two days later. Go to another branch, this is not my usual branch Elk Grove Florin is and they have EXCELLENT service. Unfortunately the hours changed due to the pandemic. Beware!!!

This is the most unwelcoming US Bank! Only one teller with 5 people waiting more than 20 min! One teller who came helped one person and left to the back. They do not know the meaning of customer service. If I could give this branch a negative star I would. Can't wait until the other branch opens off of Elk Grove Florin Rd!

How disappointing is it to open up a bank account with them and then 2 days later they close your account and mail you cashiers checks accept not only did I not receive the checks yet my card had to be declined when I was making a purchase and I had to call the 1800 number just to find out they closed my account but they couldn’t call me to at least withdraw all my money out the bank not to mention I live with other people now I’m going to be checking the mail all week how incredibly insane I should have kept my account with them closed! Never again!

Bank manager Nate and staff are super nice and quick and easy service. They are always helpful this branch is my favorite.

Horrible from the get go, holds on deposits that showed no clarity on why. Bad phone service takes forever and rude people. Fees are non stop and I would not recommend any of their branches. One ATM even shorted me $20 and it was like pulling teeth to get it resolved. Two thumbs down
