Today 05/01/2025 at 9:30 the guy working the front desk was extremely rude to an elderly women in front of me. The entire time she would ask a question he would roll his eyes respond with attitude and annoyed with her. Then once it was time to give her the change he smacked the money on the table and tossed it to her. She grabbed it walked away then he wants to tell her would you like a receipt. He needs proper retraining of can go work at dollar tree with that customer service.

I recently used this Post Office to send a large parcel overseas, and I was very impressed with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, taking the time to explain all available shipping options and helping me choose the best one for my needs. They even assisted in packing the item securely, ensuring it was well protected for the journey. The rates were affordable, and I felt the service provided was excellent value for the price. I will definitely return to this Post Office for future shipments!

Phaisane is simply amazing. He went above and beyond what the average person in 2025 would do. He took care of me as if I was the only customer in the world and I greatly appreciate his service. Whoever pays this man, PAY HIM MORE!

It pains me to leave a bad review because all of the other USPS workers that are patient and understanding. I was there 11/5/23 around 4:30ish. The USPS lady that works in the first open spot that wears glasses and has dark hair was RACIST and RUDE. The USPS worker that was helping a young lady told her and I quote “you have to learn English more.” That was uncalled for and out of pocket. The young girl looked bothered and didn’t say anything to the comment.It was not the first incident with this lady, I’ve had her multiple times and she just has attitude every single time I’m there. She also gives unsolicited advice that I didn’t ask for. I mean if your job is that difficult then leave lady.

Why have a phone if nobody answers?!!?? Ridiculous!! Says my package delivered but was never in my mailbox! Now they won't pick up the phone and carrier won't answer my questions. Sounds like they want the postal inspector to come in! Should be half a star!
