It pains me to leave a bad review because all of the other USPS workers that are patient and understanding. I was there 11/5/23 around 4:30ish. The USPS lady that works in the first open spot that wears glasses and has dark hair was RACIST and RUDE. The USPS worker that was helping a young lady told her and I quote “you have to learn English more.” That was uncalled for and out of pocket. The young girl looked bothered and didn’t say anything to the comment.It was not the first incident with this lady, I’ve had her multiple times and she just has attitude every single time I’m there. She also gives unsolicited advice that I didn’t ask for. I mean if your job is that difficult then leave lady.

Why have a phone if nobody answers?!!?? Ridiculous!! Says my package delivered but was never in my mailbox! Now they won't pick up the phone and carrier won't answer my questions. Sounds like they want the postal inspector to come in! Should be half a star!

Do not get a PO Box with USPS. I unfortunately got a po box with them and got my shipping info changed so I have to stay with them. If this gets bad enough I’ll go through the pain of switching all my info over.Their online service is horrendous and their po box management portal is just so convoluted. It has so many different sections that look the same but you can’t find it unless you go through a specific menu sequence. The phone service helping me sounded like she couldn’t be bothered with. Very unhelpful.Their PO Box people keep giving me the mail for some other guy that I have no idea who. I’ve told them several times already to fix it and they still haven’t.I should have looked at the reviews before going with them.

My carrier regularly delivers part of my mail to various neighbors boxes. Some I get from them , some I never see. I have the USPS informed delivery notification which shows pictures of most of what is being delivered. Last month they lost an important document, I had to jump through hoops to get things reissued. Now they lost the reissue document. No one answers the phone and I have gone in to discuss in the past to have them ignore me.This is why anything I can automate I do... and don't use their services.

I love this place more than usps on the Elk Grove Florin because the staff in this store is nice. Many supply can choose.

My bank card came up missing even though I was emailed a photo by the USPS informed delivery in my email. I had to wait almost 30 days for a new card and pay a small fee to be reissued a new card due to someone loosing my mail. This is not the first time this has happened at this post office either.

Idk why this post office has such a low rating- I've been going to this post office several times this past week and each time I went the staff were all SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY! They really did a good job with their service!

Just came from the post office and was helped by a RUDE employee who was unfriendly and unhelpful. He had long hair up to his shoulders and was the WORST person to help me ship a package for the fist time. He didn't explain any of the process to me. He rushed me and when he asked what type of shipping I told him first class shipping and he asked 'priority shipping? as if it was the only option so I just said sure- really not knowing what to do. So upset that when I asked him questions he was mad and annoyed. He shouldn't work customer service with that kind of attitude and lack of knowledge. It was like he didn't know how to answer any of my questions. I just gave up. I wish the other lady at the counter helped me, she seemed friendlier and more helpful with her customers. The post office wasn't busy this morning so it's upsetting that he didn't take the time to help me properly.

I have/had a PO Box here. I was expecting a really important piece of paper. On the 18th I had a phone call from the place that sent the form out. The PO returned it. I've been trying to get through to them for hours now. No one answers the phone. I'm definitely cancelling my po box with them. So frustrating!
