This is the strangest location for pickup. You go in through a side door and it's pretty much a big warehouse sectioned off with temporary walls that give it a pseudo-office look. There aren't any package supplies. You'll need to visit another location or have your own ready. (Honestly not sure if you can send packages here. I've only stopped by for hold-mail pickups)
With that said, the staff is always polite & thorough, but it seems workers are assigned to so many tasks that you have to wait until they can come help you. You can tell that they need a break sometimes.
Also the staff lady that delivers to my address is very kind & sweet. I'm glad to live in an area with workers like these. They don't toss your packages on the ground carelessly and give ample time waiting if they ring your doorbell. Thank you :)

This place is horrible! I have been calling for over a week. They will hang up on you or not even pick up. Our post box was broken into and still not repaired. What a joke of our tax dollars at work.

The workers are terrible. Always delivering to different Street names but with the same address numbers. They do not read the street name sometimes I think they’re very lazy. Also when they do deliver it they throw the package up to the door and we finally have someone that’s doing a great job. They move them to someplace else and then we get crappy people again. And, they never answer their phone.

They don't answer the phone. It just rings. No automated voice saying they are busy and call back later. I was trying to call about a local issue. It is not something the USPS call center can answer.
Why do they even have a phone?

Went today to pick up a package and the lady who came to the desk was condescending in tone and seemed to bothered that I was in taking her away from her area. She rolled her eyes and took a depth breath sighing when I came in.
Then made little effort to help or find a package and then past blame to customer service for wrong information.
You would think a Federal employee would have better customer service. This event happened at 2:45 on May 8, 2025.

Love my mail delivery driver. She has been coming here for 15 years and always consistent delivery window. The front desk employees are also very nice and helpful. It’s a hard job with a very high volume. Great job everyone! 5 stars for sure!

The carrier lied about a redelivery that was confirmed for today. This carrier is either unaware of how the postal service is supposed to work or doesn't care about doing her job. I still don't have my brother's remains and she closed the redelivery ticket BEFORE delivery was made. She hasn't made other deliveries but claims the delivery was made. The fact remains that I don't have my brother's ashes, so I will be contacting the Tulip cremation people and suggesting strongly that they use some other delivery service. If remains can only be shipped by USPS, somebody needs to start enforcing postal service rules. I am going to complain to the Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission and maybe even Fox, ABC, and NBC. No wonder people don't trust the postal service. THEY SUCK and THEY GET PAID FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

I had a package that was attempted delivery but no slip was left. I showed the person behind the counter the screenshot of the message, but she was incredibly rude and told me that there was no attempted delivery if there was no slip left. She tried telling me that eBay doesn’t deliver through USPS, but I’ve never had a problem picking up packages from eBay before. I go almost once a week to pick them up. She spoke over me and didn’t allow me to finish my sentences. If my tracking says “attempted delivery” and my ring camera has seen the mail man, why would she tell me that “it’s just a notification that it’s still on its way and is probably at a different location”… very upset with this situation.

This review is specifically to our mailman, I’ve been getting my neighbors’ mails on a weekly basis since moved to here a few years ago, cannot imagine how many mails of mine were lost in these years!!!!!!
