Took 35 packages in to get scanned and sent out for my business. 2 large packages shows that they were never even scanned in even though the post lady remembers helping us. They have no idea and can not find the package at all. It just vanished and now I may get fired. Has a tracking number and everything but just shows that I printed the label. How can 2 large pa pages worth over $100 just vanish into thin air?

Best customer service! I enjoy going here because the staff is very friendly, efficient, & fast. The lines get long in certain hours of the day but not because of the staff, they are always working along as fast as they can. Places are going to get busy anywhere at times.

On the Google website it's say the passport office will open 9.30am but when I got here it opened 11am..it's super slow stuffs working and the line was long..my whole day was wasted..

Came to the post office to get a new passport. There's two doors main for regular postal business and the right door for passports. It has its own little waiting room. They do have appointments that are 1 month out if you want to set one up online. As far as walk in they do allow walk in too. I came as a walk in and it took 3 hours to be seen. If you plan on going as a walk in please be patient and expect to be there a while. When i walked in there was nobody greeting anyone and people were waiting. People behind us didnt know the process. Theres so many signs on what they offer and what forms to fill. Every 20mins or so an employee would check in people that are in the room that need services. They only have 2 people in that department working. While I was there several families came in and of course that took longer. Once I went in, I was out within 15 mins. They do charge $15 to take your photo there. Also they don't take credit cards. They prefer debit/cash. The lady that helped me was very efficent and polite. It can get lengthy as some people didn't have forms or didn't fill forms properly or dont have documents. So it can delay process. While waiting I did see appointments get skipped because they weren't present when it was their time. So try not to step out and just wait it out. Otherwise I got what I needed done. Took a while but got that checked out. Also the parking lot is pretty big so its easy, however there is no restrooms. So u may have to walk to target.

I'm trying to book appointments for passports for me and my family but each day I go online and nothing is available. I called another post office number to get the number to this place to ask them about it and now I know why the lady giving me the number sounded so reluctant. It's because they don't answer their phones at all. Just rings and rings and then goes to busy tone.
Does anyone know how the heck you get an appointment online at this place?

Kenny is the worst employee at this post office. Hope he gets the customer service training he needs. I hope a supervisor reads this and talks to him. He is the rudest and refused to process 10 invitations I needed to send out. He is completely useless.

Always long waiting time for walk ins passport services and it’s not even guaranteed if you get the service waiting 6-7hours. Good thing is it’s only 10-15 mins per application and they open 7 days a week. See pic for charges for one application
