Every occasion that I have gone there to mail something with one exception I usually just find the line extended to the PO Box area and I turn around and leave. One saving grace is the machine when it is functioning but there’s only one and the location is right where the line is and too cramped to use comfortably. This is not unique to this location Florin is as bad if not worse and their machine is broken…??

Made an online appointment and arrived early as directed... one hour later, I ask when my turn will be. They didn't even have my name on their list. What a bunch of idiots. So disfunctional.

I made an appointment to submit a passport application about 1 month prior to the scheduled date. Day of they call me 1.5 hours before the appointment. I called them back 5 minutes after they called me, the automated message said they closed, so I checked my application online which then said “appointment does not exist”. They appointment was working earlier in the day. No rescheduling or warning. IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR PASSPORT DON’T COME HERE.

I arrived at the facility early in the morning and received a ticket to secure my place in line. After returning home to complete the passport renewal application, I came back to the facility around 3 pm. Upon my arrival, I patiently waited for approximately 10 minutes until it was finally my turn to be served. However, at that moment, an individual arrived from the back of the line and took me inside.This person, whom I had encountered during my previous visits to the facility, exhibited a highly uncooperative and dismissive attitude throughout the entire interaction. It was evident that he was unwilling to provide assistance and even went so far as to physically turn his chair 180 degrees, effectively back facing me for a significant portion of the interaction. This unprofessional behavior created a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere for me and perhaps other individuals seeking assistance after me.To provide some brief physical description, he is approximately 5'4" tall, of Asian descent, has a buzzcut, wears glasses, and most notably, consistently displays a grumpy demeanor.TLDR: Serviced by an unprofessional worker and will not be coming back.

To the black guy and middle eastern lady. What's the point of waiting in line if everyone can just come in say I was here earlier and cut you off in line ? I didn't know it was okay to do that. Great customer service from you two!

I went today without an appointment, I knew I had to get there hours before passport services opened at 10:30. Got there at 6:30am, brought my lawn chair, blanket and coffee. ? Around 9, am amazing post office clerk, Dean came out to see if everyone waiting had any questions, proper paperwork and documentation, etc.Well, I didn’t… one of my notarized forms was signed in blue ink instead of black. Grateful for Dean because he helped me schedule a future appointment, and I didn’t have to wait longer for my application to be rejected. Yes waited 3 hours for nothing, missed a day of work but Dean made my day better! Thank you Dean for great customer service!!!

Went to the post office to get 2 passports. Johnny was super knowledgeable and helpful with getting everything we needed taken care of. Thanks so much Johnny! Keep up the great work and thanks for being so accommodating. Shout out to Donna as well! She was the one that processed all of our documents:)

For Passport Service:Make sure you inform yourself prior to going in for a smooth process. If you do not have an appointment I suggest you do what I did, which is wake up at 6 am and form a line by 6:30am for a walk-in. I made sure everything on my application was perfect, I had all of my documents ready, used BLACK ink. They started giving out tickets to walk-ins at 10:30, got called in at 11 am, and was out by 11:10. If you have the slightest error, used other than black ink, etc you will have to go back to the lobby.I doubted that any one would be in line by 6 am for walk-ins but you will learn that is not the case! The earlier you go, the earlier you will be out.I was also intimidated by the reviews but the staff they have are great! Im sure they process hundreds of applications a day, having to wait on you to have the correct paperwork etc. does not make it any easier on them so be considerate and prepared!Thank you.

Went to get a passport, they took my birth certificate and promised it would be sent to me with the passport. My birth certificate is still not here and it's been 2 weeks since I received my passport. This is unacceptable and they should be the one paying for a new one.
