Don't waste your time going here. Go to the real store. Terrible service here. The gentleman that stated he's "worked there for over 10 years" wasn't able to find my account and told me to call Verizon so I did. Verizon says everything is OK so I go back to the same gentleman and he signals me to wait since he's on a call, which is on speaker. I wait 5 minutes before walking out because he's on the phone talking to someone about his CAR. Literally taking a personal call while having a customer wait. I was the only one in the store too lol. I ended up going to the real Verizon store on Laguna and got helped right away. They found my account right away and I was out in 10 minutes. Save yourself time and frustration and get real help from the store on Laguna.

Corbin our sales representative did an outstanding job explaining and answering all my questions. The manager was kind and offered me a bottle of water to drink. We had a good time talking and getting a great deal without strings attached!!

I was greeted at the Verizon store to purchase an upgrade to my existing phone. I was greeted by an energetic and smiling associate who walked me through The entire process went well and I walked out appreciative.

Subject: Complaint about Unfair Practices at the StoreI ordered a new iPhone over the phone from Tomasz, who advised me to order three so that I could choose the color I preferred when they arrived. Although I didn't see the point, I agreed. When the phones arrived, I was informed to come and pick up the one for which I had made a pre-order. Before heading to the store, the seller called me and insisted on trading in my phone, including a case, charging block, and protective glass, costing $300. I declined, as I didn't need any of those items, but was told it was mandatory due to the trade-in policy. Feeling deceived, I reluctantly agreed.On my way to the store, I called Verizon customer support and learned that these purchases were not obligatory, and I could pay taxes when the bills arrived, not in-store. Upon arrival, I waited for over 50 minutes before being able to collect the phone. Tomasz, who took my pre-order, recognized me and, upfront, I told him I didn't want to buy any accessories, referencing my call to Verizon customer support. He turned red and quickly agreed to skip the accessory purchases. However, later, he approached me and falsely claimed, "I didn't mean you had to buy these accessories; you just have a discount and can use it," to which I again refused. After this, he refused to serve me, and after 5-8 minutes, another person approached, and ultimately, I felt manipulated. They told me to reject the two phones I ordered to see the colors, but I never got to see them; they just asked me to reject them. While I was not against rejecting them, I later realized they did not provide the receipt for the transaction.Moreover, another seller, a stocky bearded man, opened my phone box without my consent. Although shocked, I remained silent. He activated the SIM card without my knowledge and offered to help with data transfer, which I declined. After handing me the phone, he provided a trade-in paper, but when I requested the receipt, he reluctantly printed one for me. On my way home, I realized my main phone was not working; I had no internet, and I couldn't make calls. This caused significant inconvenience. Upon arriving home, I discovered they charged me $39.99 for allegedly transferring data, even though I did it myself at home. I have evidence of this. When I called the hotline and reported the deception with the check number, they informed me that this store is a third-party Verizon reseller, and they couldn't assist me.In summary, this was an extremely inconvenient and unpleasant experience. I do not recommend dealing with this store.

Our girl at the Elk Grove store was professional,helpful,knowledgeable.We loved her she went above and beyond! Could not remember her name but she was dark hair with nose ring. She is the bomb. Should be manager!

Previously didn't get answers to my questions or options for my plan until I met with Thomas , he was very helpful and patient in addressing my concerns and creating a plan that works specifically for my needs. He has a wealth of knowledge on the subject and excellent leadership skills his co-workers are equally talented and experienced in tech support area of expertise. I've tried other locations and would highly recommend this store. They really care about the service you receive.?

I’ve been in hospitality for over a decade and have never had as pleasant of an experience as I’ve had with Larry at this Verizon location! I was so saddened to see my usual salesperson was no longer with the company but was soon settled when I saw how professional and knowledgeable Larry was regarding all of my concerns. This was the definition of a valuable human experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There’s no way an AI generated voice prompt could leave me as happy as I am right now. With almost every option exhausted, Larry was still able to order my phone and have it delivered in a timely manner. I was willing to drive hours away and can now rest assured that everything will still be taken care of thanks to the patience and diligence of Mr. Larry!!!! Thank God for good humans. I’m so grateful. Someone put this man into management!!!!!!

Xavier was excellent! He helped me with getting a new phone and showed me how to use my phone. I loved that he took the time to make me feel comfortable and showed me how to set up all my stuff!
