Negative stars. All they care about is upgrades, commissions and sell you on incorrect information to get a sale. 20 yrs with Verizon and this was a first for me. I went to another location for help and had zero issues.

Customer service and basically after your first time making an account with them horrible do not trade in phone and put you self with these scammers thanks

This store has terrible customer service. Why only 1 person working the store when I see 2 others in the back??Then on top of that I have to pay $30 for a transfer swap?Verizon definitely gets you coming and going. I like the phone but Verizon sucks!

Please do not give them your business. If you are with them, please check your monthly bill carefully. We traded phones when we joined in March. They gave us a box to mail the phones to them after we transferred the data. They did not give us the credit for the traded in phones. The first month, they said the paperwork would take time and we would get the refund back. Since then, every month we got charged for the phones. We spent countless hours being transferred from one to the next to solve the problem. They said they only got 2 of the 4 traded in phones back even though we put 4 of them in the box to mail to them. They kept charging money through the dispute. When we removed the authorization for direct payment, they still did it. That is stealing! Please, if you have the same problem with Verizon, please post here! Maybe we can start a class action lawsuit against them. This is not right!

Join me on a trip to crazy town. A place where errors are made left and right (unapologetically) by the staff but there is no accountability or repercussion. A place where the manager (David) backs the bus over his staff several times while not being able to control anything (his words) and only "manages walk ins" (his words). This is a corporate store... Been with Verizon 20 years. Trading in two phones ($1k per promotion). Porting from T-Mobile (spouse used to work there). Easy right? No. Wrong...so very wrong. Day 1. There for two hours (with our 6 month old). Sales rep confirms our address several times...each time wrong. Continually uses our old address. 5 times in total he confirms...we correct. We tell him we will transfer our own data...proceeds to charge a data transfer fee. Shows us the iPad (address) at the end; it's wrong (5th time). We correct him. We got one phone in store and the other was being mailed. What could go wrong? Phone went to wrong address. We cancel and reorder with customer service. Cancels our trade in. We have to go in store. Day 2. Explain to the rep the situation. Calls customer service...can't get the trade credit now. We ask for a manager. Mr David (said manager) doesn't come over but speaks to the rep through an ear bud. The whole store is 30 feet...and they're currently 7 feet apart. I ask if I should go to him or if he will come to us. I explain the issue. No apology. No solution. David asks...which sales rep. That shouldn't matter but I nudge in his direction. David asks if we took the iPad to make the correction ourselves (on address). Nope. David leaves...no solution. 2.5 hours in store...new phone not activated no trade credit. We are told to come back...we ask for store/district manager contact (with no intent of contacting since they said just come back in a few days and drop off trade ins). Day 3. There are no notes in system of trade ins. 1.5 hours more. We call Marissa (store manager, guess David is assistant). No answer. We ask David to call on his phone. No answer. In her defense it's a sat and she is probably with family. While calling we see a slack message (on David's cell) from Ruben Hernandez (district manager). We ask David if he can simply message him. Of course not. It's at this point David tells us he can't control anything and his only job is to manage walk ins. Cool. Nice rep gets one phone trade in credit done. The other will take two business days...so we need to come back. Makes sense. Have left message for Ms Marissa. Have emailed Mr Ruben. Will be back in store (4th trip) next week due to a comedy of errors with no follow through and no apology. Fingers crossed. Called customer service. Was offered $35 credit. lol Verizon coverage is great. If you're not with em you should switch. Save yourself hours of your life and don't go to this location though.

I didn’t catch this staff’s name. But this dude with cool hair style is really nice and informative!!!! Definitely know what he’s doing, get everything on point and so effective!! So hard to find a store with this nice shopping experience!

Awful customer service especially Spencer. As I am explaining my need of a new phone. It all depended on the monthly bill included with the purchase, I guess he thought it was appropriate to say , "there's a disconnect." What?

Danny Reyes and Ernesto at this Verizon store needs a raise and promotion. I recently expanded my business and have a total of 6 lines coming over from AT&T. AT&T made it very difficult for me to transfer over but Danny and Ernesto made this transition very easy. Not only did they go above and beyond with customer service they continued to even check in with me to make sure the service was working well.I recommend this store to all verizon customers that are having issues with their phone service. Danny and her team are amazing and definitely need to be reconized. Thank you so much again guys!

Did online order, picked phone up next morning, wanted to exchange (DOA) 4 days later, didn’t want to take the exchange, told me to call care to issue DOA, they can’t do it in stores. Weird, all my years working for Verizon, neither myself, the stores I’ve worked for (yes corporrate), nor care, nor area management has ever heard of that. Must be a new thing.

I couldn't pass up the opportunity to give a shout -out to Joel! Joel gave superb customer service and got me the best deal and new plan on all my devices. I had questions about including home internet into my plan and he made everything so easy to follow and set- up. I appreciate his patience with me as I probably asked a million questions. I got a great deal on my new phone and home internet! Thank you Joel for providing outstanding customer service and making everything so easy to set -up.
