This Walgreens Pharmacy is so slow and disorganized, it’s unbelievable. Not just once, but every single time you have a prescription to pick up you will wait literal hours.

I loved Walgreens, but it's sad to see people wait for literally hours to drop off prescription and pick up medicine, and the line is only a few people. These are patients and elderlies. And sorry, I won't come back

This is a 24/7 pharmacy. All that means is it takes them 1-2 days to fille your prescription even for an urgent situation. Literally, the WORSE pharmacy in the area. They offer no empathy, no explanation, and no apology. The wait time to pick up your prescription is at least one hour in store or drive through. It takes them forever to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy too. They failed us miserably twice. My family and I will never use this terribly understaffed pharmacy for any medication or shop there. People should really boycott this pharmacy if you care about your medication.

Open 24 hours a day, easy to find things, staff helpful and friendly. Often there are sales plus a discount /rewards system, coupons.Never used the pharmacy but seems ok, plus has a drive up / through window. Usually can find whatever I need from cosmetics, candy, cards, hygiene care, holiday items, photo department, food and beverages, possibly alcohol, toys, some outdoor and pet items.

This walgreens takes forever to fill a prescription. 2 days is the average wait time to get even the most urgent prescriptions filled. Even then, you will have to wait in an hour long line if you don't want to get out of your car. It's really bad. Get them filled somewhere else if you can. Otherwise, the store is your average walgreens just like any of the rest of them.

This 24-hour pharmacy is overwhelmed and overscheduled. They work hard and are doing the best they can, but they need help! It is not fair to make so many customers drive out to Elk Grove to get their prescriptions. We need more than one 24-hour pharmacy within a 30-mile range. My regular Walgreen's pharmacy on Broadway in Sacramento closed at 6:30 p.m. yesterday, Sunday. The pharmacy is also closed today - Memorial Day. Therefore, I had to drive an extra hour (roundtrip), wait in line (with 16 other people) for another hour in order to pick up my medications. It felt like I was in the former Soviet Union, waiting in a very long line to get my prescription filled. What a total drag! So unfair to customers and to the poor pharmacists who were scrambling to try and fill dozens of prescriptions. You need to double the number of 24-hour pharmacies Walgreen's has to offer! This experience was a total nightmare!

I like the convenience of this location near where I work and live. However, it's a hit and/or miss situation here when I shop around. Customer service is lackluster to say the least. Long waits picking up and checking out needs to be addressed. I like that they have curbside pickup as an option to shop.

This place is not ran well at all - I had to leave because they were taking to long - I only needed to pick up - no question no old man talk - just want to get in and out but it's not possible here because they employees are slow. And they don't have a window for quick pick up for people that are low touch. When I voice my concerns with the person that did help me on my secondAnd last visit - another employee who did not look happy that was running the crazy slow drive up made some negative comments when I wasn't even talking to her. That's how poorly ran this place is. I will not be back and I will not walk into another Walgreens.

We're lucky to have this 24 hours Walgreens in Elk Grove. I believe there are only two Walgreens in the Sacramento area open 24 hours. This one is at the corner of Laguna Blvd. and Bruceville Road. The store is pretty standard, like most the Walgreens built from the ground up in the Sacramento area. This is a big store with many household items, sodas, and snacks. Of course, the most important thing is the 24 hours pharmacy. Another opened 24 hours Walgreens is at Citrus Heights. It is pretty far away! The parking lot in this Walgreens is busy most of the time. Parking spaces in front of the entrance are harder to find. But you should be able to get parking in the parking lot with only a short walk. The Drive-thru pharmacy window is at the side of the building. It often has a long line, and sometimes it blocks the exit at the Bruceville Road entrance to the parking lot.
