Return at this Walmart at your own risk.. Not only are the lines normally extremely long, but they will try to tell you that they cant return it since it wasn't purchased at there store(Purchased online). Even though Walmart say: "Please be sure to return your items to any Walmart"

an employee here at the register didn't know what Plan B was so i had to literally explain it to her , embarassing and irritating . "look behind the register and it's right there" she's shrugging and looking around. do y'all just hire .. nvm cuz this was so frustrating and embarassing i just left

Terrible customer service department. They need training and have no idea what they are doing. Rude employees and unprofessional store manager. Len is a poor team lead in the customer service area and allows her employees to decide where to refund your money. Her words, "some employees are more lenient than others." Refunds need to be based on a policy or the customers choice not the employees preference.

front end team lead (the slim, tall-ish mixed lady) needs some basic customer service training. she has been very rude to me on 2 different occasions when i have asked for help.

Least favorite Walmart of the ones in Elk Grove. While centrally located just off highway 99 with Tesla and Electrifiy America chargers in the lot, this location suffers from heavy traffic and being older. Between the number of cars and just the general business of this area I am not a big fan and would rather go farther. Service is on par with other Walmarts generally but it can seem to get busier at times and the wait isn't great The Bruceville location is farther into EG much cleaner and quieter. Worth driving out to unless you really need one of those superchargers!

Again i went back to this walmart again, same customer service Rude and one of the Manager is rude. The customer service male at 1:15pm i told him i left some item behind, i said a candy, then he said there is No candy on my reciept, he said i did not even pay for it. Then i said it's the cough drop, then he said its not a candy, it's a medicine. but anyway it was not left behind, because they saw on camera my husband took it, He must left it inside the cart. But still the first come out from his mouth is i did not pay for it. instead of asking me about the reciept that is not showing the candy. because for me cough drop is a candy.

Firstly, I came to Walmart this morning because it didn't look overwhelmingly busy. I was looking in the clothing section, and I overheard a woman arguing with a clerk working the women's apparel.. It was over a bra or trying on a bra me personally, I believe that is just nasty. I would not want to purchase anything somebody else's skin has rubbed on.!! Moreover, is sad that the store does not maintain a sanitary policy, regarding matters of people, trying on items that touch intimate parts of the person. Instead of yelling at the staff member customer should have the common sense to know what her bra size was.!! I will never purchase any undergarment from Walmart their corporation and they should be able to communicate effectively so customers and staff could understand the changes regarding such matters. I will return to Walmart and I will not purchase clothing items. I will go to target for that.

This Walmart is a hit or miss, half the time when you need help you can't find anyone, I had a question about one of the bikes and trying to find someone was like a needle in a hay stack, I almost gave up and then suddenly ran into someone who I asked if they could help or send someone to the bike area, luckily she was able to help me. If they can't have staff in every dept which I totally get isn't always possible they should have a way to press/alert someone you need help

Back to Elk Grove Walmart. Quiet on an early Saturday morning which was nice. Clean and spacious, and friendly service. All of the dvds were picked through. We were on a mission for dvds as this is my son's hobby. Parking lot can get busy as the day goes on. Today, there were lots of handicap accessible spots

Shared parking lot. Depending which exit you leave from, it can be rough getting out of this plaza due to the three lanes of traffic. Very clean and organized inside. Not very busy in the afternoon on a weekday. The staff that I saw did not wear masks. Nothing noteworthy in the clearance section.

The lady refused to return the product that had quality issue because I used parts of the product that I bought it a week ago. Stay away from this location.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Workers were rude. I was going to ask a simple question and they attacked me and yelled. Very unprofessional. Don't work in customer service if you can't be professional.

I have been a Walmart shopper for years. I was in the area and decided to stop here versus driving to my normal location on Gerber. My daughter and I did some shopping and checked out with a cashier, paying by Walmart pay. As a courtesy, I always show my phone to reflect that I did pay to whomever is at the exit. Well, this night (last Friday), I was stopped, asked what register I was on, and watched the lady go over to the cashier to confirm that I did, in fact, pay. She came back to me and I asked if there was a problem? She told me that because she didn't see my receipt, she had to check. I then stated that if she wanted to see the receipt, I would have switched to the receipt on my phone, as I showed her the confirmation of my payment. She said something about people stealing. Ummmm, I just spent over $200 in here, but my basket don't look like it, and I have no reason to steal! Yes, this really happened, and I was, and still am, EXTREMELY UPSET by this. I have tried calling the store but there has been no answer, so I guess, I have to go back to speak to the manager. By the way, she wasn't stopping to question anyone else.

BIPOC do not come to this location. Workers towards the exit will target you while letting other people pass. I always feel racially target at this location.

I went for a quick shop around for snacks and doing my errands duplicate a key. Someone told me that it'll be at the customer service area but it'll be self-service machine. I understand the process however I need assistance on how to do it completely. I asks the person at the customer service department about it. The people there told me that they can't help me or don't know to use the machine and don't even try to do it. I appreciate the effort to try and show a good customer service to customers.
