Least favorite Walmart of the ones in Elk Grove. While centrally located just off highway 99 with Tesla and Electrifiy America chargers in the lot, this location suffers from heavy traffic and being older. Between the number of cars and just the general business of this area I am not a big fan and would rather go farther. Service is on par with other Walmarts generally but it can seem to get busier at times and the wait isn't greatThe Bruceville location is farther into EG much cleaner and quieter. Worth driving out to unless you really need one of those superchargers!

Again i went back to this walmart again, same customer service Rude and one of the Manager is rude. The customer service male at 1:15pm i told him i left some item behind, i said a candy, then he said there is No candy on my reciept, he said i did not even pay for it. Then i said it's the cough drop, then he said its not a candy, it's a medicine. but anyway it was not left behind, because they saw on camera my husband took it, He must left it inside the cart. But still the first come out from his mouth is i did not pay for it. instead of asking me about the reciept that is not showing the candy. because for me cough drop is a candy.

This Walmart is a hit or miss, half the time when you need help you can't find anyone, I had a question about one of the bikes and trying to find someone was like a needle in a hay stack, I almost gave up and then suddenly ran into someone who I asked if they could help or send someone to the bike area, luckily she was able to help me. If they can't have staff in every dept which I totally get isn't always possible they should have a way to press/alert someone you need help

Back to Elk Grove Walmart. Quiet on an early Saturday morning which was nice. Clean and spacious, and friendly service. All of the dvds were picked through. We were on a mission for dvds as this is my son's hobby. Parking lot can get busy as the day goes on. Today, there were lots of handicap accessible spots

Shared parking lot. Depending which exit you leave from, it can be rough getting out of this plaza due to the three lanes of traffic. Very clean and organized inside. Not very busy in the afternoon on a weekday. The staff that I saw did not wear masks. Nothing noteworthy in the clearance section.

The lady refused to return the product that had quality issue because I used parts of the product that I bought it a week ago. Stay away from this location.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Workers were rude. I was going to ask a simple question and they attacked me and yelled. Very unprofessional. Don't work in customer service if you can't be professional.

I have been a Walmart shopper for years. I was in the area and decided to stop here versus driving to my normal location on Gerber. My daughter and I did some shopping and checked out with a cashier, paying by Walmart pay. As a courtesy, I always show my phone to reflect that I did pay to whomever is at the exit. Well, this night (last Friday), I was stopped, asked what register I was on, and watched the lady go over to the cashier to confirm that I did, in fact, pay. She came back to me and I asked if there was a problem? She told me that because she didn't see my receipt, she had to check. I then stated that if she wanted to see the receipt, I would have switched to the receipt on my phone, as I showed her the confirmation of my payment. She said something about people stealing. Ummmm, I just spent over $200 in here, but my basket don't look like it, and I have no reason to steal! Yes, this really happened, and I was, and still am, EXTREMELY UPSET by this. I have tried calling the store but there has been no answer, so I guess, I have to go back to speak to the manager. By the way, she wasn't stopping to question anyone else.

Not one cashier was available to checkout, just self check out. Now we all know you can't buy alcohol in self checkout so they have this other line I get sent to still, self check out and I have to scan all my stuff then she will suspend my transaction and walk me over to add beer and pay. Why not just open a line and assist me completely. Really confused me on how they rather pay employees to stand watch while the consumer does the work and the paid employee just stands guard.

We enjoy going to Walmart because of the location and competitive prices elsewhere. One thing I've noticed that this location has a lot to offer from all sorts of items to choose from. One thing that stood out to me we the unfair treatment of supervisor to staff that they were discussing things in front of the customer without any remorse of the staff's privacy from their schedule. The main reason why I'm giving this location one star is because of the manager on duty Keith that didn't bother helping to look for more inventory even if I asked if they have a hand held device that can easy do that by scanning the barcode of the item and arrogantly responded "no we don't have that item nor have any device that can further assist me. Keith was also being rude to the other customer that was trying to help get his attention and staff seemed very uncomfortable calling him out to the register I was in as if there's no overhead paging system to get anyone manager or supervisor's attention. I don't think I'll be coming back here again or maybe by then Keith will no longer work there.

This store won't accept returns on Christmas items, even if the items were unopened and unused. I even have receipt. Not so hassle-free returns here as advertised.

Cashier lines were not used only self-service lines were open. No cashier's in sight. If they want everyone to go to a self service line they should get a discount. I will NEVER set foot in this store again. They have no consideration for their customers.

This Walmart location is one that I would definitely return to. I mean it is definitely not the best. But it's definitely not the worst either. Typically the first thing that is important to me at a Walmart is does the staff that is at the front door greet you with a smile. I mean specifically because it is the holiday season it always makes things a little bit brighter when you walk into a department store and all of the staff are smiling and greet you with a very warm demeanor. It makes it feel like it is the holiday season. I mean obviously they do not have to. They are human than they can do anything that they want. But if they want to give the customers a really good experience this is something that people can enjoy The bathroom status Walmart are very clean as well. That is also something that is super important to me everyone has been inside of a dirty bathroom specially when you go to pick department store like Walmart, or Target, or Walgreens. But this Walmart location to not have left. The bathroom was super clean and it was something that made me and my family members very happy. I also bought my son in school backpack at this Walmart location. He absolutely loved it

If I could give 1/2 of a Star I would The Bruceville and Whitelock has terrible customer service. Yesterday, I asked customer service if I could return an item purchased on Walmart.com. I was told , yes. Today, I drive back to the same store abs was told they were out of return labels. The employee said I'd I've to go to a different Walmart. 108 degrees outside. I made another purchase in self-check of a birthday card and received cash back. I asked the self check out for change because I needed 5's for the bday cards, the clerk told me to go to customer service. I stood in line for another 15-20 minutes for "change" to only have Customer service tell me their policy is not to give change . I repeatedly explained that I just got the bills from there register. The clerk kept saying it was store policy not to give change. What happened to the days of good customer service? I see why more and more people are shopping on line. There's no good, considerate customer service in stores.

Hours state online they open at 6am, so I came here expecting to get shopping done early, only to find out they don't open until 7am. Even the door say 6am, so I am not sure why they haven't updated this yet. I had to wait in my car and waste an entire hour.
