I found everything I was looking for and at a pretty decent price. The store layout is fairly easy to navigate and clean for an older building. Made me sad that I witnessed an employee's complete meltdown emotionally on the way out the door. Hope she recovers. Good overall experience tho.

I recently visited the Walmart Neighborhood Market located and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I stepped into the store, it was evident that the atmosphere was anything but welcoming.
The rudeness exhibited by both the manager and associates (Especially the old skinny lady who was checking the self checkout) was palpable. Instead of the friendly and helpful demeanor one expects from customer service representatives, I was met with dismissive attitudes and outright rudeness. Whether it was a simple inquiry about product availability or assistance with locating an item, it seemed as though every interaction was met with annoyance and impatience.
Furthermore, attempts to address concerns or provide feedback were met with indifference, if not outright hostility. It was disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and customer-centric attitude from a store that prides itself on serving the community.
In addition to the poor attitude of the staff, the overall cleanliness and organization of the store left much to be desired. Shelves were often poorly stocked, and aisles were cluttered and disorganized, making it difficult to navigate and locate items.
Overall, my experience at the Walmart Neighborhood Market was extremely disappointing. The rudeness displayed by the manager and associates, coupled with the lack of attention to cleanliness and organization, left me feeling frustrated and discouraged. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer experience at this location.

The cashier didn’t allow me to use my Walmart discount card. I’m entitled to use it since I’m an employee. Also some of their dairy products are expired.

By FAR, the BEST Pharmacists ever! Especially, Linda and Ivy! They are so knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, understanding, & always has a positive personality! Since Walmart opened the neighborhood market in Elk Grove. I visit the store every week, not because of their service or the hit and miss inventory. It is because of the lower prices and location.
I don’t find many services at this Walmart Neighborhood Market beside the checkout counter if you’re looking for one with a cashier. Sometimes, I might see a couple of employees doing the restocking. But I understand this is one of the reasons why they can offer the lowest prices.
Not all the items I wanted were available all the time. Some are available, and some aren’t! But the items available are always cheaper than the other stores.
The parking lot is jam packed at this location. Hard to find parking sometimes!

" conflict of interest " flag from me i also have 15 emails and lots of friends who owe me a solid. So don't bother trying to stop me.

VERY disappointed in the customer service department. Rude employees, her name is Len, who have no idea what they are doing. Employees are not trained properly and have lost my money and claim they cannot reverse it. Store manager is unprofessional and confused about her job.

This place was great. I normally goto Savemart but lately they’ve been selling expired and expensive stuff and I missed it so decided to finally try this Walmart Market. I got there right at open to make sure I could wonder without getting in peoples way who know the store. The employees were all polite and said hi, shelves were stocked.. awesome. The prices were the most surprising part, stuff cheaper than most anywhere else except for the sodas. I like how they had a few isles of legit cleaning supplies and febreeze scent things so I restocked on that too.I think I’ll start going here and just do the early morning thing cause I left with way more then I would have at the other store I mentioned and it was a good deal less. It’s a full on grocery store, and the vegis/fruit was nicer than I’m used to, but maybe a little less variety in tomatoes I noticed that.Anyways, great store from my first experience and even during checkout I liked how the little screen showed my current price with each item scanned. The lady working checkout was very polite and bagged way better than I normally do and she was quick. No complaints, if you’re close I’d give it a look and bet you’ll like it. I haven’t gone in the rush of the day but it’s big and I think that would be fine, I just personally avoid big crowds of people. Hope this helps.
