Just had an appoint with Julio. He was very gracious and accurate in processing my requests. If you time it right, you can avoid the long lines in the morning and also late on the weekdays. All of the officers and tellers are friendly.

Have to give 1 star because a big healthy 0 is not an option. Took my mother to this WFB after a very long time, I think the last time she went to bank was more than 6 years ago. Very disappointing! No-one waiting in line, but teller was still too busy focusing on trying to rush us thru the process. The fact that she had no customer service skills or any consideration for my mother's health or age was very disappointing to see. If I was alone, I would have walked away or asked for someone else but since my mother was already extremely tired I had no choice. I am glad that I don't bank with WFB.

What a bunch of unprofessional liars. I deposited a check and was told that a small portion of it would be available on the 2/24 with the balance available on the 28. On the 24, they made the small deposit available to me, and removed it hours late, causing my account to be overdrawn, with a note saying that the delay was due to a " problem" with the issuer, Security Benefit. I called Security and was told that the check was issued without any stipulations and showed "reconciled" on their end. I'm waiting for the $176 'courtesy credit' they owe me for making my account overdrawn. They tell me now that my funds won't be available until March 3rd, with a note again telling me to contact the issuer. I've been a member since 1991. Will I see my money on the 3rd?

Me and my mom went here to deposit a check and we were very patient and polite saying thank you to everything done to help us. We were there for over 3 hours receiving help from the manager Sandit. When it came time to the end of our service the manager Sandit yelled, "Do you not see the long line behind you" and "I have been trying to help you. Do you not realize the hard work I've done." I was shocked to hear this because we have been appreciative and thankful for their hardwork but I guess the manager wanted more. It made us seem like we were rude and unkind however we did nothing wrong to deserve such a statement. We hope the service improves here for the better.

Wells Fargo has consistently bad service. I am account holder for 15 plus years, only one account is left with Wells due to thier poor service over the years. I went in to wire money for an escrow, they told me wiring is only done by meeting a banker, only one does wiring, who is all booked today and next available appointment is at 3 pm tomorrow. I booked that appointment and headed to WF around 2:30 next day. While driving, I got notification that my appointment is cancelled. Since I was already on my way, I went to try to wire and get answer as to why my appointment was suddenly cancelled. I was told that cutoff for wiring is 2pm. WTF Poor service Wells Fargo, shows how much you care for your customers. Stay away from Wells Fargo!! Plenty of banks around who have better ethics, charge less fees and provide better services.

We have been banking with Wells Fargo for about 15 years, possibly longer. We do not go into the bank often but when we do, we have not really ever had an issue until now. We always like to gather information before troubling ourselves to go into the bank to understand if it's necessary. My husband had opened an IRA account with WF and prior to going in, we called to verify if it was possible to deposit his check at the bank or if we needed to mail it in. After the banker (Julio, I believe), informed us we can come in to deposit the check he further added we needed to see a teller rather than a banker for the deposit. Informative, right? My husband went in during his lunch to deposit his check. Upon arrival, there was no greeter, only two individuals working- one banker and one teller. He waited quite a while to see the only teller working and when it was his turn at the window, the teller (Ron Chun(n)) informed him he was not able to deposit his check into his account and needed to schedule an appointment with the banker. After my husband informed him of what he was told by Julio the banker at this exact location, Ron the teller said he isn't sure what is happening but all he knew is he was not able to deposit his check. What a waste of time. Unprofessional. Unaccommodating. Unacceptable. This branch needs to have more professional individuals hired and they need to be properly trained on providing accurate information per policy and outstanding customer service.

If I could I wouldn't even give it a star here. The service here is just awful. I needed a banker to do one simple errand that would literally only take five minutes but they said that we had to schedule an appointment and I haven't even seen a sign or it being required on their website. I waited for 1 hr 30 min for a banker and there was one that was on his phone and not once did he come up to me to ask if he could help. With his spare time on his phone he could have assisted with a little task I needed. It was awful. If you want good service don't come here.

Despite some of the bad reviews on here, I have always had a good experience at this location. When I first moved back to Sac from the Bay Area in 2015, I came here to add my daughters onto my account and everything went smooth and easy. I recently just opened up an account for my son and it went very well. I have been with Wells Fargo since 2008 and have never had any types of problems. If there was any type of fraudulent activity, it gets resolved right away and my account is handle with care. I live closer to other location but I will always drive out to this one because I feel safe. Hoping my experience will stay this way with Wells Fargo.

If you are considering banking with Wells Fargo, DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive had $300 stolen from my account. Obviously fraud considering all random purchases were made the same day. And Wells Fargo refused to reimburse me. Responding that someone had my personal code and i must have authorized it. WORST BANK EVER!!! Not reliable ,NOT secure!!! Wouldnt be surprised if one of their workers was the culprit. DO NOT BANK WELL FARGO!!!!!!

I went to cash my $3000 bonus check drawn on WF because my local bank was closed due to COVID. I provided the 2 pieces of ID and the teller made up a ridiculous excuse as to why she could not cash my check. She should have just said I look like a criminal. That's why i am glad i don't bank with them

I want to shoutout Varsha for her excellent customer service. Long story short I went to the nearest Wells Fargo to me which is Greenhaven. I wanted to open checking accounts for my teens. Greenhaven location said I had to make an appointment in order to do that, there was hardly anyone in the bank it didn't make sense. After being turned away I called the Laguna location in my car, the associate said that I could come ASAP and Varsha would assist me. As soon as I got there she was outside directing customers, we waited less than 5 minutes to be seated. Varsha is so knowledgeable and pleasant, the process opening my daughters new account was quick and easy -she has excellent customer service! I'm glad I went to this location, they are very professional the drive was worth it. My daughter is excited about her new debit card. Thank you Varsha!

Unfortunately the customer service is terrible - especially the business banking. After years of dealing with the nonsense of Wells Fargo's "rules" we switched banks! We couldn't be happier with our decision!

Poor time management. There was a greeter that perhaps was in charge and he was pleasant but didn't have much control over the staff. There was a line at the teller station although one gentlemen just got up and went to lunch. I've managed schedules before and I get the importance of taking breaks in a timely manner but just felt he could have taken one or two more customers to get the line of 6 down faster. After waiting 25 minutes, a customer service banker finally had their customer leave and she immediately grabbed her purse and walked out the front door. Close to 30 minute wait now and another customer service bankers customer left. Instead of taking us, he sat at his computer by himself, doing another task. So we finally got up and just left. Shame, because we just recently opened the account and wanted to set up our direct deposit, etc. Now I'll need a cooling off period before wanting to go back. I know there's plenty of behind the scenes for justification but you shouldn't just let anyone sit that long. Time I won't be getting back on my day off.
