I opened B. Checking Account and the banker said that he will order the checks. Perhaps he forgot to do so. I did not receive the checks in the next three weeks. I emailed him to check the status of the checks, he did not reply to the email either. So I had to visit a branch in-person again for the checks.

This place is extremely slow. Lots of staff standing around- open at 9am , however no one is ready to service. It's ridiculous to have to wait several minutes in a long line to get your own money. Should be 0 stars.

Just left this place and want to share my experience. My friends and family have warned me about this particular wells fargo and express how they are very selective who they want to help. I can already see my wife lecturing me about going here after all the warnings. Well... I waited almost 30min to get help... stood out since I'm wearing an orange shirt... and practically standing half the time. I'm the only one waiting until a lady comes in and gets help almost immediately. They eventually start speaking in their language and then taken for help. I didn't have an appointment, but I'm sure the other lady didn't either since the conversation started as to how she can help. Guess all the warnings were all true. So... don't let the empty waiting area fool you thinking you'll get fast quality help.

Whats the point of making an appointment if they don't help you during the time of your appointment.... No one even updated me or told me anything while I was waiting.

Me and my mom went here after a disrespectful service from the Laguna location for the same service. We were treated nicely here and had no issues compared to the other location. We were assisted by Nyeisha the Teller and she was amazing. She was very kind and respectful. We should have gone here instead along time ago.

I was in line before they closed today and I was told upon arriving at my turn to be helped by a teller that they were closed. Terrible customer service, neither teller working there cared in anyway shape or form that I was in line prior to them closing and said I was welcome to use the ATM. Both tellers were already closing up shop for the day and could not be bothered. I am not looking for anyone to stay late but definitley figured they would honor my transaction since I reached a teller exactly at 12pm, which appearantly was closing time for the day. Time for a new bank.

Their ATM was not working so I had to go inside to grab some cash. Which by the way this branch frequently has issues with their ATM. There were two windows open. The two tellers were occupied and the customers were taking quite a while. When I entered there were eight people in line me being the 8th. The line kept growing yet the employees refused to open another window. I saw 3 employees in the back behind the windows doing absolutely nothing. Just on their phones or chit chatting with the other employees. After about 30 mins they decide to open another window which didn't do much for the wait time. Keep in mind the first two tellers were still dealing with the people that were at the window when I walked in. The line is 15 people long at this point. People are walking in seeing how long the line is and leaving. Despite all this they still refuse to open an additional window. All the while those 3 employees are still not doing anything. It would be one thing if they were also busy. I had to wait in line an hour to withdraw some cash. Management needs to work on their staffing and if staffing is not an issue they need to work on making their employees actually work instead of hanging out. Everyone in this line was irritated due to the long wait period. But to the employees it clearly was not a concern as they continued to enjoy themselves.

I always come here to do my financial things but today 10/12/2022 at 4:pm this person (alkalie) "alkile " or whatever his name is, does not have manners to deal with customers and like I said I always come here since 2009 but today bad experience. That's why only one star ?

Went to this bank to get a notary done. Met with Jocelyn Placencia and she was so courteous and knowledgeable that I felt I had to recommend her.

SANDRA the Manager here just saved me!!!! Someone from a different branch deposited my money into another person's account!! I walked in here in panic and Sandra was MORE THAN HELPFUL, welcoming and got RIGHT into fixing the problem so that I can get my money back immediately instead of waiting for the claims department. Sandra saw me talking to a teller and just told me to sit down and that she'll take care of me!! She's professional, sweet, knowledgeable and a LIFE SAVER!!! Love her! =))

This Bank is such a scam.. trying to make up reasons for fees on a check so that they are not the ones to blame when they are absolutely the ones making the fees and enforcing the fee.. ridiculous
