I submitted documents nine days ago to replace the mailbox lock at my new address. They promised it would be done in 2-3 days and that they would call me... So I came here, and they told me my documents weren't there, so I had to fill them out again and wait another 2-3 days! The guy who works there is, to put it mildly, not a good person; he should have retired long ago!

I went in to mail a package and the guy was a complete smart Azz. I don't want to blast his name on here but he needs to treat people with respect. He kept cutting me off like I was bothering him because I was asking a few questions. Not very professional

I paid for priority service on Friday. These documents were due Monday the 14th. Never reached a destination. Stuck in Texas for some reason. These papers need to get to the destination ASAP. Can't speak to a real person only a computer. This is the problem with only computers doing jobs. We need real people working, sometimes to track something down!

It's Just a good old country Post Office. I like it because it's not always busy. The customer service is always excellent And you get your business done and you're out before you know it.

The post office itself is fine. But they NEVER attempt to deliver certified mail at my residence. There is ALWAYS someone home. I've even tried flagging my carrier down to ask about it but I'm ignored.

these guys are always loosing my package. terrible customeer service, I am a veteran and they lost my package this week they sent the package to 95842 instead of 95843. its their mess up and they are zero help. I am about to contact call Kurtis.

Not much security - with mail in a Red flag box - across the street from my house . It is unacceptable. The convenience and security of my private post office box is well worth the expense in the extra effort.
