This review is specifically for the customer service I received from Hellen. She was uh-may-zing! Very attentive and gave me time to think. Offered her opinion when I seemed indecisive. She gave me helpful information about certain products’ availability and made me feel heard as a customer.
Her welcoming and warm demeanor made it a very enjoyable shoe shopping experience! When I go back, I hope she’s around.
Side note about shoe selection, specifically for heels. I wish they had more sizes in 9.5 in women’s and up available in store.

Outstanding Service at ALDO!
Nora and Jairo were absolutely AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Their energy, patience, and attention to detail made my shopping experience so smooth and fun. Hands down, the BEST customer support I’ve ever received. They didn’t just assist me they made me feel like a VIP. ALDO is lucky to have them!

I’ve had such a positive experience with Nora and Enasha from Store 2135. My boyfriend and I visited the store to pick out two pairs of shoes for him, and we were assisted by Nora and Enasha. Nora was incredibly attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Her genuine and authentic attitude made us feel valued and well taken care of.
One of the pairs of shoes was purchased in-store, while the other was ordered to be shipped to our home. Nora ensured that the ordering process was smooth and efficient. We truly appreciated her dedication and excellent customer service.
Enasha has also consistently provided us with a wonderful shopping experience at this store. She is professional, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to assist us. Her exceptional service is one of the main reasons why we continue to shop at this store.
Overall, Nora and Enasha have made our shopping experiences at Store 2135 truly enjoyable and memorable. We are grateful for their outstanding service and look forward to returning to the store in the future. This review is solely for Helen. She is a week into her position and they trusted her to handle the entire store by herself. She was incredible at juggling customers and their needs. Having to go get the shoes for us try while no one else is in the store to watch the floor is stressful for two major reasons. 1. Theft. 2. Losing the sale. She handled both like a pro bc it's clear she has the innate instincts of being organized and communicating thoroughly. You can tell She cares about the impact she makes on people through her hustle and spirit. Great Job Helen. You deserve success. Thank you
