On 3/16/23, I received a telephone call from this bank (510) 273-5690). The caller said I had qualified for an interest rate reduction and proceeded to ask a series of questions. I asked him what he was doing. His tone was rude and I suspected spam. He said he was close to hanging up on me and I told him he needn't bother and hung up on him. Disgraceful.

I went to the BofA location seeking information and possibly support. After waiting for a representative I was then directed to wait even longer while someone was reached on the phone. After a long discussion with them I was scapegoated to a number with a recording offering me a service along with an additional fee and no additional information.

I've used the ATM here once out of four attempts to do so. It is the closest bank to my place. This branch has been closed during posted hours multiple times. I suggest calling ahead or avoiding entirely. Today, ATM is out of order again and the branch is 'unexpectedly closed'. Several missed UPS notices peppered the front door so I suspect they've been shut for a week or so. Will they ever return? Unknown.

I have multiple business accounts opened here and the overall service they provide has been nothing but mediocre. Over two years I have seen numerous managers, financial "experts" come and go, and the impressions they made are: Lack of patience--when you ask questions, you will see the rolling eyes, shrugging off shoulders, etc. Abrupt language--sometimes very condescending maybe due to many staff here apparently coming from non-English speaking regions. Indifference of the organization--as I expressed frustration over long waiting and little accomplishing, "it is your money, take it to other banks. It does not affect me or here". I will never stop by here again.

It's 2pm there's a line of 9 people and only one teller. Honestly, whoever manages this bank ought to be fired. While the tellers are nice and helpful, there's clearly a gross management problem going on here.

These five stars are for Mr. Gustavo Lopez. Mr. Lopez was very helpful resolving my debit card issues. Please note that my rating doesn't reflect my overall experience at this bank, just my appreciation for Mr.Lopez's assistance. If you are in a rush beware... incredibly understaffed branch. I guess one worker called out and someone was taking a break during the rush, at a very inopportune time. Personally, I think it should be better managed and that they should have 2x as many bankers available.

Poorly managed. Line was growing out the door and tellers went from 4 to 2 during the rush. Super smart. Seems like a tend from prior reviews.

Sometimes the parking lot gets crowded but the ATMs work well.

That feeling when there's a long line, a long counter, and only one teller window open. Already know the feeling? No need to come here. Don't know the feeling yet? Come on down.

The manger of this bank is awesome he is very helpful, and I will definitely recommend my family to open accounts there.

The ATMs shutdown in the evenings at 8pm, apparently for safety. The Oaks Card Club across the street is open 24x7 and has ATMs.

Have to bank here for work or I would never go near a B of A. There's never enough tellers and a bunch of other "bankers" greeting people and some playing solitaire. How about getting behind the counter to help with the 100 people in line?!?!?!

This is the worst bank . It only have about 2 tellers at any given time. Even during the rush. I believe they do it on purpose just to keep people from coming in. Just lazy .and seem to have a lack of banking knowledge. Wells Fargo is 10times better!
