Bay Street is clean and well patrolled by security. The stores are good quality in a world of failing retail. Great for teens. Quality dining, movie theater, VR experience and mini golf there's lots to do.

Convenient location, great stores, but the parking situation is terrible. You're forced to download an app, register, then pay. Way too cumbersome.
