The female security guard they have now is the worse. She is the first person you see when you enter the bank. Despite speaking to her 3 times she still doesn't open her mouth. The previous male guards were extremely customer service friendly, not her. Gives the branch unfriendly vibes.

usually don't give reviews, but this place is so fucking terrible. I have to let others know. We walk in because we had appointment for 4. I walked in. I only see two tellers now before going in here. I did know the place has two stars and now I fucking understand why. The day before I made my appointment I was getting dirty looks customer service is fucking terrible. After bringing everything in everything I told to bring I was told to I was told to make another appointment because I didn't have two forms of ID. Honestly, this is the best place if you wanna fucking waste your time.

Tried making an account at this bank. I had an appointment scheduled and when I arrived the bank was unexpectedly closed due to the building being painted (even though nearby businesses also were being painted and were open). Was told by a worker inside after knocking that I could come back Monday. After going back I was told to make another appointment for the next day. Was leaving the house when I got a call from the same man I've been making appointments with that their "system is down". Seems like they just want to lessen the workload lol.

No rating bc no contact to date with a human person at this branch. Trying to open a business acct. Online wouldn't put through the application and directed to call the branch; local number directed to 800 number which picked up in India; told to hold on for a person in the US which I did while on a Zoom call. 90 minutes later nothing. Yeah I hung up. Wondering if there's another way to open a simple checking account for a non-profit. Anyone available over there, Chase?

This bank sucks period. If you could go to another Chase, let's say, 200 miles away, I highly suggest you do so.

This is a decent bank branch to visit for all your banking needs, the tellers are very friendly and the bankers usually provide service within a timely manner. They do get very busy during peak hours, so for basic services like deposits and withdrawals, it is often faster and less of a headache to use the ATMs at the entrance.

Our experienced is pretty much on theme with other customers and that's very unfortunate. We had an appointment at 2:30 and at first waited 10 mins since the banker Xcyl was helping another customer (this time overlapped with our confirmed appointment). We were only acknowledged by one of the tellers who then communicated with us that Xcyl had another call that was being prioritized and that we would have to wait another 20 mins to be helped. This is completely unacceptable and bad customer service. The only reason why I'm giving two stars is the teller who was kind enough to communicate with us about what was going on. We will not be returning to this location, but Chase please get it together.

Absolutely worst banking. The manager is completely useless. Waited, made appt. I wasted my time and was told to go to another branch for assistance with my business accounts. The next bank helped me over the phone when the actual branch manager in Emeryviile couldn't even assist me in person. Actually unbelievable

Stopped in around 10am, very helpful and friendly tellers. Only one person in line. Not sure why the ratings are so low? Smooth transaction all around.

Setup a joint account but my wife didn't have a second ID on her. They said it wouldn't be a problem and she could drop by anytime to just verify her ID. Well we have come by 3 times and everytime they want us to wait a minimum of one hour because "it's a 30 minute appointment." In what world does it take 30 minutes to look at an ID. They need to properly staff their office if they are too busy to get simple things like an account opening done.

This is the worse Chase I've ever done business with and I would give them 0 stars if I could. (Alice Muwonge) the branch manager is the problem. She is lazy and turn customers away if she thinks it will cause her to stay after closing. It's happened to me more than once by her and I am livid. Today I waited over 45 minutes before Alice asked her teller to ask me to come back due to the unexpected amount of time it was taking with another customer. I don't think she understand that it's not that easy for someone to just spend time and money coming back to the bank just because she's ready to go home right at closing. I should have followed my first mind and drove 20 minutes out of my way to avoid this BS. They hired the wrong person to be in charge and I don't think they know!!!

As a lot of people have mentioned. This bank is seriously lacking officers. There is only 1 banker. I have been waiting for 30 mins and no one is available to help me. Dont waste ur time here

Literally the worst !! Every time i go in they always only have like 1-2 tellers! The line is always super long and yet they have a greeter greeting everyone when they should have them on a computer assisting customers! They have 6 windows and yet only use 2! The last 2 windows are even blocked by an atm which proves even more that are consistently under staffed ! I hate this bank. Go to Wells Fargo down the street! So much better. Not to mention some stupid rule on not being able to deposit money into someone else acct. How bizzare is that that I'm unable to deposit money into someone's acct? Its not like I'm trying to take money but rather give money to someone! Again another reason why chase is a horrible establishment. Do not bank with this institution. Wells Fargo, b of a and even my credit union are soo much better !

The wait to get anything done here is out of control. This is the fourth time I'm coming in, simply to change my pin because chase sent me a new debit card with a random pin. The employees are clearly miserable, because they've shared each time that they are due to the district manager consistently changing their "greeting strategy." They're as confused as I am -- With years in service, whoever is in charge of this mess has no idea what they're doing and they do not have the buy in of their employees. Poor bankers are terrified of getting written up for leaving their "welcome" post to actually help a customer. Outrageous. I'm ready to switch banks OVER A PIN and awful service. 0 stars if I could.

I've never been helped less by a bank by their policies. Just recently moved and lost my wallet. Trying to get a atm card or debit card is apparently impossible without only a state ID or passport. I waited 30 minutes just to see the teller. Both customer service and tellers were unable to change my address or get me a new card. Kept referring me to an app to deposit checks but what help does that do when you don't have access to your account. I asked to talk to a manager to see if anything can be done but they were on vacation. What place doesn't have assistant managers when someone is on vacation. I never be back to this branch and possibly changing banks.
