I got caught shoplifting a small amount of items at the store on Martin Luther King in Seattle Washington, and even after I gave them back, the owner saw it fit to follow my female friend and I into the neighborhood literally chasing me in a threatening manner. When I finally stopped to see if he would actually risk a major lawsuit by assaulting me, he punched my female friend who was recording the whole incident square in the face knocking her to the ground then hit me in the face as well. He even stole my beanie hat saying he was keeping it as a "souvenir". He may not realize it yet but he's going down in the form of financial loss due to mental and physical distress. My female friend had to go to the hospital as she has a problem now turning her head even now a week later. We have the video and (hoping the owner reads this) are sending it to Kiro 7 next, as we've already filed criminal charges and submitted the video to the police. The fact I shoplifted is now irrelevant considering I gave all items back on the property and didn't resist in any way shape or form. He followed us blocks away, and was the full aggressor after the fact. I would suggest calling Johny Cochran because the video we've been silent about for over a week is about to ruin your business and hopefully viral. I spent over $150.00 at your ****** store this morning. When I asked about the discount ****** the Owner/Manager said they were out. They might get some tomorrow. I asked if I dring in my receipt tomorrow will I get my discounted ******. He said NO I would have to purchase more groceries tomorrow. My response to him saying NO was I'm here today shopping why can't I pick up a ****** tomorrow using my recipe from today?

I just called Grocery Outlet Costa Mesa because I heard that they were selling larger turkeys then other grocery chains. I need a 24 lb or larger. And unfortunately I didn't give her name but a woman answer the phone and when I asked the question. Her response was and in these exact words " well I'm not going to go look for you right now I'm feeling an order". I think for someone who works in the customer service career. You need to find a new job cleaning toilets. I called the Huntington Beach store grocery outlet and the phone customer service was excellent. The lady who answered said just a moment I will have my manager mark go take a look for me because she was possibly feeling an order but she took the time do you have someone go look for me. He returned to the phone I believe his name was Mark. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service who took the time.

I did a delivery here. When I arrived I pushed a button on a callbox on the wall out front. I spoke to the manager- she came out took a look at my paperwork and told me where I could place her pallets at. Then I left.
