Shout out to Juan man!!! Excellent service!! I'm a 70 year old dude whose activities are becoming more limited and picking piano back up and adding some singing along with my playing. Technology is good and way too overwhelming for me. Juan set me up with the iRig Pre Hd, microphone, speaker, cables, etc. Juan opened up all the packages and showed me how to exactly hook it up to my iPad. He adjusted all my dials. I didn't have to go home and read any instructions. I'm all good on my acoustic piano now. I will probably soon expand with what Juan has set me up. Thanks Juan

To the good, you can buy a guitar here. There are many hanging from the wall. But it's a textbook example of why bricks and mortar retail is going away. Super chaotic store. Staff is not service oriented. They'd rather chew the fat about last night's gig vs speaking to customers. They have a demo room for guitar gear that hasn't been set up with anything but cheap garbage for the 10 years I've been coming here. If I wanted to buy a 3k-5k piece of gear, try it out at home and return it, I can do so on Amazon. If you can't compete on price, service and access to unique gear are your differentiators. This store is offering neither. Know your place in the market guys.

Ordered a guitar online to be picked up in store to save shipping. Drove 20 miles to find out that the guitar listed is not the same as what they had on stock. They mixed up the model number but at least they got the brand correct! 50% accuracy. This is not the first time they've mislabeled the product. Good thing they have a return policy because whoever list items on the used section of their website don't really give enough information regarding the quality or condition of the product and when they do they miss half the time.

I was disappointed that all the nice acoustic guitars were locked up and no one was available to unlock them. There was insufficient staff to run the store. Maybe people damage the guitars so they keep them locked up but I can’t assess the different guitars when they are all locked up. “Which one do you want to look at?” All of them man. I want to try all of them and pick the one I want.

Sold me a $2,200 guitar with a broken pickup then thought they could fix it by adjusting the pickup height. Didn't believe me when i said it was still broken. Never even tried to look at the wiring. Told me to complain to the manufacturer.

This shop rocks! I have had 5 of my guitars set up by the guitar technician. I appreciate the fact that you can ask questions about wiring harnesses and not be shunned away. If you ever own a guitar, spend the extra money to get a set up, it will make sense once you do it.

One of the worst experience I ever had in a store. After waiting for 40 minutes the stupid associate helps two of the customers who came after me. I literally went to him right after entering the store to let him know my presence or to tell him that I am the next one. But he has no sense of presence at all. And he doesn’t acknowledge that either. And also he is not the only one, I have had very bad experiences in the past at this particular store so I started to shop at concord but I had to go there today because concord store didn’t have the item I was looking for. Long story short if anyone reads this, let me suggest you to go to the concord store… they are way better !!!

John, the guitar tech there, is amazing! Took my guitar in because it just wasn’t playing right - he went above and beyond - cleaned the fretboard, adjusted the frets, the nut and the bridge - the guitar is as good as new - THANK YOU!!!

i ordered a new guitar online and was informed that it was not in stock, but not before my payment had already been taken. i reluctantly accepted a floor model that was sourced from this location and was told a new one could be procured if the floor model was in bad shape. Not only was the floor model in terrible shape, half the knobs were laying at the bottom of the box, and as evidenced by the photo, zero effort whatsoever was made in safely packing the instrument for shipping. I tried contacting customer service and was told then that no new models will be available in the future as they had been discontinued and i could either drive an hour to the closest store or wait until the broken guitar was received back and processed before i could be offered a refund. The customer experience is non-existant at guitar center and perhaps has been for some time. I have trouble believing that most of these other reviews aren't just bots. This is a shady business.
