Hours on yelp appear inaccurate but they were open today, Thursday. I like that they were open at 8:30am. I went to photocopy docs and Henok was super friendly, professional, and helpful. He was even able to multitask helping 2 people at the same time! Thank you Henok!

You can find better prices at Walmart, but most of the stores are a TOTAL MESS! Good luck finding items in stock! They usually only keep office items well stocked right before school starts.I have been shopping at the Emeryville Office Depot for years. The store is ALWAYS clean, organized and well stocked!!I have never had a problem finding things in this store and if I can’t, there is always someone to help me.If I end up paying a little more, that is better than driving all the way to a Walmart, wasting my time and gas only to find that they don’t carry, or are out of stock of what I am looking for.As far as Amazon…I DON’T want to pay for shipping. I DON’T want to pay a yearly fee to get free shipping. I DON’T want my order stolen off of my porch and I DON’T want to drive to a pick up location!I DO like going into a store to browse around and see what is available as well as seeing and talking to people.The cashier, Maneesha is super friendly and Charles is always asking customers if they need help. Great store for office supplies! The one thing I do miss is some of the quirky / fun things they would get for their Black Friday / Christmas sales.

I liked that I arrived with the photo of what I need without knowing what it is called in English or my language and they were able to help me very well. I also liked that on the office depot website I can search for which location I can find what I need. what am I looking for :)

I needed color 2-sided documents printed and laminated; making contrast adjustments for the best result. Received 10 copies of each and I am still thrilled!

I came to make a print copy from my email. I was ignored even though I asked for help. I've been to other locations but I had the worst service experience ever. A rating of one is too high. I will never, ever go there again. When leaving I expressed this was the worst service I ever had. I stated they don't help you here.

It’s very sad really. Target’s parking lot across the street was packed but very few cars/customers were at Office Depot. It’s a good place to shop for the holidays too

If could 0 star I would put 0 star.While Handling customer walk to lunch.And wait for 10 minutes at the cashier. And tell me the stuff is out of stock.Very very bad, I will file complaint for it
